I think Erik Ten Hag is the biggest responsible for Manchester United today. Manchester United lost 2-1 at home against Fulham. This is a big problem because Erik Ten Hag could not make the necessary interventions while his own team was losing at home. Tactically, I think Ten Hag is not at Premier league level.

As we already know they already announced that he leave Napoli, he will probably go to PSG at this point over Mbappé.

I have searched Fabrizio Romano profile I didn't see any information about Osimhen leaving Napoli and going for either of the club you mentioned. The last time Fabrizio interviewed him was when he said 60% of rumors about him is because some of his fans want to see him play in the Premier, he said he appreciates them for that but he don't have any information about it his future with any club until further notice and because I think he has an active contract with Napoli until 2026, he might stay there.
