Juventus needs money so they might sell, but Chiesa might not be that expensive. His market value is around 35 million so he won't be sold for anything higher than 40 million, plus the fact that Italian teams don't have deep pockets to spend on players.

That is true. I've been reading about how disappointed Kvarat was when he found out his club was hiring Conte and he has an intention to leave from PSG, he has been also receiving a proposal from PSG. He was willing to leave the club, but Napoli intimidated him by blocking any potential offers for him and i thikn that he can only leave as long as he will be pushing his club.

I recall PSG's interest in recruiting him but it appears that will not come true as Napoli's reaction has been negative toward any offers that came for him.
