Honestly, I was already warming up to the fact that Manchester City will be slightly weaker next season after hearing of his departure. Kevin Debruyne was already becoming a peripheral figure in that Manchester City team, they may actually be stronger without him provided that his replacement is fit & at least 70% as talented. He didn’t feature in quite an amount of games last season and even days he featured and wasn’t playing well city still coped.

There have been speculations linking Eberechi Eze to top clubs in the EPL like Manchester United, Manchester city and Arsenal. He has a release clause of about £60m. It’s a lot of money considering that these clubs have players of similar profile in that position. There’s no way he’ll come into these teams and expect to bench the wingers that play in that wing. Arsenal have Martinelli and Trossard that occupies that position, Manchester United have Ganarcho and Marcus Rashford, Doku and Grealish, Foden for Manchester City.
