Looks like we are going to get another great coach. We know how great knowledge that he actually has about football. I will actually say that he has almost the same level of knowledge as Alonso. I just heard this name and he seems quite promising. But I don't think Real Madrid will take him considering the depth of their squad is already so good. But if Real Madrid want to take him and loan him to another club, that could still happen. We know that Real Madrid often does this for its young players.

For me, all of this does not rule out the possibility that Alonso will eventually leave Bayer Leverkusen to focus more on his career with a more established and strong club and team. As previously rumored, Xabi is quite popular with several elite clubs in various leagues. Well, what's unique is that this former midfielder refuses to change teams in the near future. it seems, Xabi Alonso has other prospects and plans for him and Leverkusen. IMO, I don't see that Xabi is planning or thinking about leaving a legacy but rather establishing his career with Leverkusen before he actually manages another elite team. for example Bayern Munich, Real Madrid or a Premier League team. that's why, I assume that Xabi prefers to stay and extend his contract at BayArena.

He have stated that he will stay at Leverkusen next season and wants to strengthen his skills as a coach. But as said, Xabi Alonso will most likely find it very difficult to match his good record again after such a great season.

But no matter how much Xabi wants to maintain his team's performance next season, I am sure he will never be able to repeat this history. Young players are a good investment for teams that are considering using them, and I am not sure if Madrid will be the right place for Pedro Lima because we know how competitive Madrid squad is, and the Madrid management didn't like giving young players a chance in the first team in major leagues; they will be using the young players in their academy, and I am sure Pedro Lima will looking for any team that will give him enough playing time, which I think Chelsea will be the right place for him since the new coach is trying to bring players to make the team great again.

Chelsea owners are working tirelessly to keep investing in young talents and i am so surprised as the list keeps increasing and they not showing any signs of slowing down, they seemed determined to be building something they so much believe in but what i don’t understand is why they are only focused on getting young players from South America only. I don’t know what their intentions are but signing too many players might be confusing for the coach especially when they are too young without any prior experience in Europe, they coach might find it difficult to figure out the players to keep and the ones to loan out.
