This would be sad news for not only the City fans but for the whole EPL cause Kelvin De Bruyne is one of the players that made EPL fun to watch and I think his playing days in the EPL is not yet over, I strongly believe that City still needs him, Pep still need him in his squad and this might be a way to force the board to negotiate another deal with him, we've seen players do that over the years, accepting to leave and still end up staying in their club, well let's see how it goes, if City would be able to persuade him to stay for another season which is what they should do instead of allowing him leave to the Arab league. Well I don't think it would affect them for long since city are good at scouting good players and would definitely get a replacement for De Bruyne if he leaves though it might take them a while to get a player that does pulls exactly same stunts like him, I just hope he stays for one more season at Man City.
