People forget that certain things can play a role for someone to have a second thought on their initial decision, several coaches after being sack or retired from a certain club decides to take a break for a while, some stay longer before they resume coaching again, for instance (Zidane) but in Klopp's own case he made it public after his retirement from Liverpool that he won't resume coaching in another club immediately and would rest for a while before assuming coaching duties again, moreover the period he's stayed without any managerial role is enough time for one to rest, he mustn't stay away for a longer period beyond this so I wonder why the criticism on the media regarding the news of his possible assumption of coaching duties, it's a matter of choice and it's his choice take any decision he feels is best for him. It would be lovely to watch Klopp coaching again, moreover he's not coming back as a coach but a consultant to the Red Bull footballing company. Which club is playing better than last season? Hope you are not referring to Manchester United? Just go and check the table and see the position that Manchester United are in. I will say Manchester United performance is worse than last season,  out of 7 Premier League matches played, Manchester United could just win just two matches, and the two matches played in the Europa League, they haven’t been able to win any match, all they could get was a draw in the two matches played, so just tell me how you think their performance this current season is better than last season.

Mate, I don't see Real Madrid letting him go on loan anytime soon. Arda is such a game changer for them, though he often gets subbed off. I know his playtime is our main concern. Giving him more minutes is one solution. But he easily starts for mid-table teams in a competitive league.

Arda Guler, will remain a Real Madrid player this season and I doubt there will ever be a reason of loaning him outside this season, since no more Toni Kroos and Modric will soon leave also, it's expected he is among the heritors of the midfield there. Mourinho has always been very ambitious, especially in his best years he demanded only the best players from the management, but everything began to change when team after team that he coached could no longer achieve great success. While I agree about Arda Guler needing more playing time to improve, there is a balance in this kind of situation for younger players. Meaning, Arda would improve himself a lot more if he stayed at Real Madrid and play only on some games and only on later stages of the game, he still gets 15-20 minutes a game in most games unless it's a very close or important game, we see him play there time to time, not a lot of minutes, not as much as he needs to play, he needs to play a lot more.

However, if he goes to Fenerbahce, this would be a team he can play all 90 minutes every game and he still wouldn't improve as much as he improves just from training at Real Madrid, he can't drop that low, he needs to be loaned to a team at least in UCL, not back to Turkey.
