There's a rumor Xavi will replace Amorim, but Manchester United need to fulfill Xavi's request. Xavi request to sign De Jong and Araujo, this is really hard. I understand why Xavi ask such request because he know Manchester United need to replace the play maker which is Bruno and having a captain to control the players.

If Manchester United can fulfill this request, they might able to end this curse.

I agree with @Callido opinion, because this is not purely Amorim's fault, but the coach only continued the line up previously formed by Ten Hag. While Amorim has not made any changes to the Man United line up.

On the one hand I also agreed with the opinion of @helena Yu regarding what Cavi asked when he wanted to join MU. I think Ruben Amorim needs at least one more season. Because he hasn’t been able to change anything properly since he came to Manchester United. From the records under the management of Amorim, Manchester United are not doing well, the management will be worried with different thoughts ringing inside their minds, replacing coach will come to mind which we won't agree is the best thing to do right now even if with a better replacement that they claim to know about, Manchester United needs time, they don't need to rush the perfect result they want for the club, continuously changing management only cause them more harm to do with because the players keep trying to adapt at those intervals, they might be getting it right but to be the best they need perfection in tactics and discipline on the pitch.

Manchester United needs to check their squad, they are not having the best eleven players to help compete in the league, they should not  follow just the worth of player when making transfers but check how the player fit's to their game, allow the coach to bring his own players that he wants into the club, managers are always there with own tactics and knows the kind of players to fit in and that is what Manchester United needs coming season.

If the problem is who is to blame, of course I prefer the most important management because the peak is there so that it has an impact on the players with the current composition. Whatever the condition of the Man United club, the fact is that today the opportunity for Amorim is only in the Europa League competition and indeed it must be fought for. IMO, Even if it's not a rumor, and that's fine. As long as not only Manchester United's coach to be replaced, but along with the squad and management. They're all must be replaced. Any components in the clubs are rooting as the main problems for the club.

Jim Ratcliffe doesn't seem to be letting go of his shares anytime soon, as he has just set foot at Old Trafford. However, there is no harm in hoping that he will also leave, after we have seen the chaos at various levels within the Manchester United club.

I also agree that the player will most definitely be given an extension of contract base on how Bayern Munich doesn’t like to move away from their players easily but why I am not too optimistic about them actually having in their squad next season is because this contract negotiations and extension has been going on for far too long that I think if he is wanted more by the club they will have find a way to go round it. I thought it was a coaching problem when he couldn’t break into Tuchel teams but it seems it isn’t a coaching problem alone.

Should he be looking for a club I think both Barcelona and Chelsea carry same load of responsibility, for me his game time in the two clubs will be almost the same. You still seem to have forgotten Barcelona situation when it comes to signing players and the part of wages. The question is does Barcelona have the money?   If Chelsea decided to raise the bar so high by giving him attractive wages and sign-on bonuses. Do you think Barcelona will match that up? I don't think so. Much as you might want him to go to Barcelona. There are still a lot of factors at play despite him being a potential free agent at the moment.

But the conditions are not favorable to the player. £20,000 per week for such a good player is too poor and should be improved on. Besides that, Ruben Amorim has not been using the academy player. An outstanding player like Kimmich will prefer Barcelona to Chelsea, because he is sure he can always be in Champions League all the time. It will be better if Bayern still keep him in the team, only if they want a younger player to replace him who is also a professional in his role. I don't think Chelsea and Barcelona will carry the same load for him, because they have different players and Barcelona is more stable.

Not just him others won't like to sign another contract with Manchester United with this poor management, the club is not ready to get back to their glorious days. Honestly I would really like to see Manchester United signing Lunin. He is a wonderful goalkeeper. You know how great job he did last season in the absence of Courtois. He is like a wildcard.    Onana can't perform consistenly like in the past. I remember his much more solid days at Inter. But he has never been consistent over the years. He was making the same mistakes before signing for Inter too. The Red Devils need lots of signings and I think this is one of them. Lunin would be one of the most reliable candidates for them.
