Both players have performed poorly this season and they both have not shown the class as strikers needed by Amorim.
Releasing both players is much better so that Manchester United can find other replacements who are much better than them.
The figure is quite small for two strikers who play at big clubs and Amorim should have thought about adjusting to recruit other players.
Gyokeres could be an option for a less productive front line, but player transfers are very dependent on how Manchester United can win the Europa League this season.

Manchester United problem is that they just throw money away without any logic: I'm Italian, I follow the Serie A, and when Højlund played for Atalanta scored just a few goals (I think also one hat trick). He was coming from Austria so yes, he did some good things but he was not even a regular in the line up. Then Man United came with a ridiculous offer and everybody was wondering why they would pay so much money for a young player that still had to prove everything.

Zirkzee is the same story, let's say that he's performances were better than Højlund's, for sure, but he was not worth all that money just for playing well a few months.

It seems like the rumors about Vini will never end because as we know that in the previous transfer market the Saudi club was willing to pay a pretty fantastic figure. But it seems like Real Madrid will never sell the player anytime soon because they are preparing adjustments for the team for next season. Salah also ended up extending his contract with Liverpool so the Saudi club has once again lost an icon to make a breakthrough in the current transfer market even though they are only using their popularity to boost the league and overall business profits.

People are laughing at Matheus Cunha move from Wolves to Manchester United...this is actually a great opportunity for him to showcase how good he is.. anybody that plays fantasy football will tell you that he does deliver when it comes to his position. And anybody that has been watching united play will tell you that Utd were desperately in need of a striker as Hojilund is still a work in progress that contributed to downfall of United.

If the goal is for money then obviously Vini will leave immediately but it seems that for now especially with his ego still very large for his future career I don't think he will think about leaving quickly to an Arab club especially now that his popularity is still very good even though it cannot be denied that criticism about his ego and emotions on the field is also not small but in the end I still believe that he will still remain in Europe at least for the next few seasons.

I really don't blame vinicious junior here for wanting an improve deal, at least close other top players at the club, because in my opinion, he real deserve it, if he was signed like Kyler mbape as a big player, wouldn't they give him the kind of contract he is demanding?

They are feeling cheated to give him such contract because he broke into the team from the academy, and they watch him grow, so they are still looking at him as the small boy that they used to know, but regardless of whatsoever, I believe that vinicious junior wouldn't be short of suitors if he decides to leave real madrid this summer, so he wouldn't necessarily need to go to Saudi Arabian league now, because he is just getting to his prime years of his playing career.

Actually, instead of laughing, this is more of a concern in my opinion. We know that Cunha has been very good this season especially in terms of his goal scoring instincts but it will be a concern that this could be a one season wonder. We know that Manchester United have felt this before for Zirkzee and Hojlund so when added with Cunha then it could be even worse.

But that's only the worst possibility and hopefully he won't be like that. Currently in some rumors it is mentioned that indeed Cunha and Manchester United's decision to cooperate has indeed shown good progress and now we only need to wait for further news from the club and the player so that if indeed in the end Cunha is confirmed as a recruit next season then of course there must be one player who must be discarded because for me having Zirkzee, Hojlund and Cunha is too full of the line up.

Regardless of the outcome of the uefa Europa league finals against Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester united team needs to be rebuild, and Amorin needs to bring in his own type of players, players that understand him and his playing system very well, though not a complete overhaul but some major areas of the team really needs to be upgraded if they really want to compete with the big boys, just imagine that a central back like harry Maguire is now playing as an attacker in most of their games that they are chasing a goal, this alone entails that the team is seriously in need of a top class attacker that can lead them to glory, so in my own opinion, improving this Manchester united team in this summer transfer window is what Amorin must do this summer if they really want to compete for the title next season.
