He looked good when he first broke into the team. I think a mixture of being young and not playing regularly enough led to inconsistent performances and some poor form. I think it’s a good move for everybody involved.

Monaco is about the best emergency destination that Pogba could find. The top clubs didn't want him anymore and he is probably happy about playing in France for a relatively good team.

Monaco qualified for the CL, which I think is a big bonus for Poga since he must have been thinking about either ending his career or playing for a team worse than Monaco.
