i think they will never change their transfer policy because i don't think they have a financial problem. if they did they wouldn't be so comfortable paying more than 70 million pounds for a player.

That's how football business works. If Chelsea suffer the lost from some of their young lads, the better they to sell them and recoup some money. It will be far better instead of keeping those flop players until the end of their contract.

As for Felix, he's a flop and his development already stalled. I also admit that's one of their biggest mistake by wasted their money for buying him. This proves they learned it. So they want to offload him, then recoup some money back to be used re-investing it in another potential player.
Selling a flop less than signing fees is totally acceptable and smart instead of running out his contract. He's only wanting Benfica, and i hope he can go there.

But something caught my eye about the players trying to break away from Manchester United. That is, they even dare to lower their salary to be able to go to a team that is interested in signing them. I didn't know before about Rashford who was also willing to reduce his salary to go to Barcelona. But what I know is that Jadon Sancho is also rumored to be doing the same thing in order to be able to go to Juventus, namely reducing his salary. Whatever be the condition that is attached to Osimhen's contract to Galatasaray, i think he should just leave Napoli for his sanity because that club really want to rubbish his achievements and it will be literally so bad if he doesn't move out now because if he still remain at Napoli until his contract with the club expires he will lose his worth and his market value may reduce. Inasmuch as Galatasaray is very much willing to sign him under any condition, it's fine otherwise i don't see any reason for restricting Victor Osimhen from signing to any Italian club for 2 years, but i think that wouldn't be a problem for Victor Osimhen because he might even find more comfort at Galatasaray and the club may see need to extend his contract after expiry.

De Laurentiis is a good negotiator and he made the most of Osimhen's move. It makes sense that De Laurentiis doesn't want Osimhen to strengthen another Serie A team and given his conflict with Napoli, by moving to another team Osimhen would be doubly motivated to score for Napoli.
Besides, Osimhen is a great striker and in any club he scores at least 10-15 goals, and if the whole team plays for him, he can score 20-25 goals and it was his game that made Napoli champions.
Why strengthen your rivals with such a player? It's not logical, so De Laurentiis did everything right in terms of benefits for Napoli.

Hugo Ekitike's presence in Liverpool's attack will be a breath of fresh air for the team. He's young and talented. Hopefully, he can unleash his full potential at Liverpool. People who watched Barcelona last season wouldn't need to ask this question. You can see that since the transfer window opened, Barcelona has been looking for a left winger. They have tried Nico, they tried Dias, and they finally got Rashford. This should show that they knew they needed that position, and if you've watched them regularly last season, you'd understand why.
Raphinha is not a right winger, and he is left-footed. That's a lot of limitations. The fact that he did very well last season and put out a balon d'Or worthy season doesn't mean Barcelona shouldn't try to strengthen the team. Last season, Raphinha played from the middle more than the left, Balde was the player covering the left flank, that is why they lost to Inter. Balde was not available on both legs, and Inter crowded Yamal because there was no threat on the left. I don't know how Barcelona wants to line up next season, but Rashford on the LW and Raphinha as the no 10 position might work.

There's nothing wrong with getting reinforcement for proper rotation.

Do you think Manchester United can compete with Arsenal in the new season? In my opinion, it is impossible at the moment, there is a gap between the levels of the teams. Arsenal was strong enough without these transfers, and Manchester United seems to be in a very bad state and these few transfers are attempts to level the situation a little.
