It's getting interesting indeed. But I don't think any of this deal can work through base on your assumption.
Sesko to Newcastle? No way, because why would he want to go to where Isak is desperately wanting to leave?
If Isak could say he want to explore, it simply means there's no growth in Newcastle despite they're doing well financially.
But do you know, Arsenal move away from this Sesko deal to Gyokeres and now he's the pillar to get many deals sealed. The transfer window is always full of drama.

To be honest at this moment it seems to me that PSG Football Club may not keep two top-level goalkeepers.

One of Man United's weaknesses is their poor goalkeeping, so the chance to sign a tough goalkeeper like Donnarumma could be a solution for their defensive core. But Man United can't do as they please like before, because they now don't have much budget left, while it's not just the goalkeeper who needs attention, but the front line also needs improvement. This rumour turned out to be untrue, Donnarumma is not negotiating with any Premier League club and he could well extend his contract with PSG, but at the moment they have come to an agreement. Yes, now PSG have Chevalier, but this does not mean that he will play better than Donarumma, so I think that a goalkeeper of such level should be kept in the team. I have no doubt that Manchester United would like to have a goalkeeper of such level in their team, but I think that Donnarumma will not be interested in this offer.

Livepool is selling Luis Diaz for 65.5 million pounds to Bayern. This is a great deal. I've always thought that Diaz is a little bit overrated, even though he scored 17 goals for Liverpool in the last season. Liverpool might sign Alexander Isak, which would be great. Next step would be selling Darwin Nunez(another pretty overrated player, if you ask me). Livepool's attacking trio Isak, Salah and Gakpo should do the work for the next season.
Luis Diaz might become "the next Sadio Mane" for Bayern, but on the other hand, the Bundesliga lacks stronger teams, so Diaz might score at least 20+ goals in this season.

Makes no sense that they are tearing the team apart and building a new one. While they are getting young players which is awesome, they are also saying they need to build it for the future and not right now. Diaz literally won the league with them, makes no sense to sell him for 65 million right now. They are going to play so many new players this season and makes absolutely no sense that they would be willing to make this an issue.

Bayern did a great deal, they needed a winger and they went and get a great one and not that expensive neither. Sure 65 is a lot for most other teams, but for Bayern it is not really that much, and they solved an issue they lacked. They lost Sane, and they are looking for Coman to be replaced too, and Diaz seems like the best deal.

Plus, any team that gets the parachute treatment, gets a good chunk for a year or two, and use that to stay. I am sure that they are going to try to build a team that can stay for a long time. There is no consistent results for a team like that unless they figure out a way to make money consistently, just one or two seasons of spending money won't get you a team that stays there.

Look at Leicester as the biggest example, even after a title win, they keep going down and going back up, you need to have some decent income that is year in and year out, regardless of the results. Sunderland is trying to build a team that can stay at top 10, not just at premier league, but I am 99% sure that they are going to fail.

There is no assurance that you will stay in the league for a long time if you sign multiple players after 2 or 3 years of hoarding the money. Sometimes, you just need to sign the right player that can change everything, and only luck can help out because you dont know the player who is going to perform well after signing him.

Donnarumma played a very crucial role in PSG'S success last season most especially in the Champions League, I wonder why PSG wants to sign another keeper to bench him, he made very good saves last season, I hear some friends judging him with his performance in the Club World Cup finals and I always tell them that it's not Donnarumma's fault cause his defence line was too exposed and Chelsea took them by suprise so there was nothing he could do, he tried his best and still made saves in that match.

 Anyways I heard that Manchester United are not in talks with him or PSG concerning a transfer for now but since Amorim needs a competition for Onana and Donnarumma is open to leaving PSG maybe Manchester United might consider him as one of the top targets for goalkeeper option, Donnarumma is a big upgrade to Andre Onana.
