I don't think that really how a real football club looks like but we are in modern times where the ones having the best business strategy are more successful.
Chelsea is one of the richest team and they can experiment with many players and combinations according to the desire of the manager. They are taking many young and promising players from the Premier League itself as they could more easily adapt to the gameplay.
I don't think restocking, hyping and selling for profit is the main motivation but they surely are trying to create a good team with new promising players. The profit on selling players is a perk.

Eberechi Eze has been on the radar of Arsenal for sometime now and it doesn't look like they are ready miss out on this deal and it doesn't look like the player is against this move. He would be a big plus for Arsenal if they get him since they can't get their hands on Rodrygo, can Arteta get this player before the deadline of the transfer market?

I'm still surprised why the Lookman deal has not been finalized, despite being on the news for weeks now. You need not being surprised mate, if you had followed up the whole shenanigans antics pulled off by Napoli towards Victor Osimhen's move from Napoli which layer landed him in Galatasaray eventually. Overpricing his transfer fee means discouraging intending suitors for him within this summer transfer window.

Officially signing in Victor Osimhem to the team is one the great achievement Galatasaray has achieved despite breaking the Turkish league transfer record.

I am not sure if it would be "that" much of an increase, evidently he was there last year and I am not so sure how much their viewership increased, I do not think people around the world tuned in to watch Osimhen play. While he is a super talented player, and I would put him at top 5 best strikers in the world at the moment, I have to say that he doesn't have the marketing power of people around him.

This is why it would not be a simple situation to handle all of this, it would be tough. We need to focus on how to get a "name" people if we want our league to get more viewership. Osimhen is the type of player who may help them do very well UCL though, and that would get some eyes on them, which would mean more income for Galatasaray.

Football clubs are not charity organizations. The owners of these clubs target profit and they will adopt any legal and sometimes illegal strategy to achieve it.

Chelsea for the last three seasons have not been financially prudent. The club was overstocked with average and overhyped players. The current coach and management is simply trying to offload unwanted players and get a balanced and sustainable squad. And from my observations, they are doing a good job.

Although I see Chelsea sold many of their players with a good price (at least the same as the market value, most of them a bit higher) but they're still at loss. The big loss they bought Mudryk and Nkunku are the reason, Mudryk is a permanent loss, while Nkunku, they can at least recover half amount.

But I think they're successful with this method, they taking big risk to sign many players and develop all of them, now they get a good squad and can sell the players at higher price.

Not only that, his contract at Man United actually still runs until June 30, 2028, so many parties say that this will be a big loss for Man United if they sell him. However, it seems Man United is very confident in their decision to sell Højlund. On the other hand, Man United does want Sesko, but there is no decision or official bid for CF from Leipzig. Meanwhile, on the other hand, there are several top clubs who also want Sesko, so the competition is getting tighter.

To me selling Rasmus hojlund is not really that necessary judging from his improvement on these preseason games it seems the guy is becoming what is expect of him, so to me I think Manchester United should keep him maybe for plan B, and selling him now that they're in big competition with Newcastle United to sign Rasmus Hojlund and never really certain of signing him, if they should let Hojlund leave now and it happens they fail to sign hojlund it's definitely gonna worsting the whole issue, and again buying a player for 70+ and want to sell him for as low as 30 in the interval of just 2 season is something I can't comprehend, they should just let him stay and watch he's Faith at the club for the last time.

You are on point. Selling players is essential in football clubs' quest to balance their book to be in line with the Financial Fair Play (FFP) . Failure to do that might lead to fines or match deduction. But the financial recklessness of Chelsea is still hunting them. Todd Boehly and his partners thought that going on a buying spree would lead to success. But I know they have learned lessons from this mistake.

When Roman Abramovich was in charge of Chelsea, they didn't have only the business side as a club, they where goal getters, Chelsea was competing favourably for European competitions, Chelsea had outstanding players that could  make a difference in the English premier League, they weren't just called the pride of London for no reason. But today, the blues is a shadow of itself, selling players and restocking as if it's a grocery store. I don't actually know what you mean financial recklessness on the side of Chelsea because am aware that Chelsea signed many players in last transfer window and i can tell you that the team is in a stable financial state, after all they were able to win two trophies which are the Conference League and the FIFA Club world cup, if they didn't achieve any trophy i would have agreed with you but no, they spend their money judiciously and it helped the team achieve a lot. It's true that a Tottenham Hotspur player left the field with a serious injury in their last Asia pre-season tour match and we saw that the team's manager Thomas Frank said that he had suffered the same injury before but they may still consider the Ghanaian player as an alternative because he is an attacking midfielder and is capable of playing on the right wing. I watched the highlights of Tottenham Vs Newcastle pre season game which ended in a 1 - 1 draw. I saw how the crowd applauded Heung Min Son as he was leaving the pitch. That's a sign of respect from the spectator as his leaving Tottenham Hotspur for good after 10 years of service to the club. It's understood that his moving to the MLS to play for LAFC. Good luck to him as he enters another phase of his career.

I feel sad when a player who has served for a decade in one team decides to leave for another team even though it is his time to leave. Son can be said to be a Tottenham legend because of his dedication and loyalty to them and even though he did not present many titles, during those 10 years, Son brought Tottenham's name to become a respected club, he will not be hated by the fans and at this farewell moment, Son won the Europa League trophy, hopefully in his new place, Son will return to his loyalty
