€500 million release clause for an unknown player, it's very laughable to read. I understand when a club does this and it's mainly to discourage potential buyers from even making a bid for a player with such a release clause but it's mainly done for players that has already proven themselves over the years not for players that are unknown at the moment.

When a club tags a release clause on a player, it doesn't mean that's the price he would be sold to another club. The Brazilian player Rodrigo has about one million euros as his release clause, but Real Madrid would have accepted one million Euros for his transfer. The release clause simply shows how important the player is to the club.

Normally I have noticed that Manchester United is a team that always exercise patience with their managers, they were patient with Ole then they were patient enough with even Ten Hag so they will definitely give Amorim time. Teams like Chelsea don't have that patience, they would have sacked him since the end of last season.
If he doesn't improve soon I don't think he will be with the team next season.

The best coach of the club stayed for three years before winning a trophy. Sir Alex Ferguson wouldn't have had a successful career if the club was not patient. Maybe the Manchester United Board have learned to give coaches more time because of their experience with Sir Alex.

EPL clubs are not limited to Tottenham, but based on his statements, we know that he is still very comfortable at Bayern because it is indeed a suitable place for him.

His role at Bayern remains irreplaceable to this day, and his condition and productivity have not waned, as he continues to be a goal-scoring machine. Most importantly, the trophies he has always wanted to win can be achieved at Bayern, so why seek other options when he is comfortable where he is now?

The Premier League is tough, though I’m confident Kane could handle it. But rather than forcing himself, I fully agree with his decision not to try something new. His current position in the Bundesliga, where his career remains secure, is the ideal situation for him.

Your point about Harry Kane is very accurate he is goal scoring machine in irreplaceable role at Bayern which means he has no reason to risk his secure career with moving. Since his main goal is now to win trophies and Bayern consistently offers best and most stable chance to achieve major titles it makes perfect sense for him to stay where he is comfortable. Return to tough Premier League would be pointless risk that could upset his current great form making his current secure position at Bayern smartest career move.

He has a better chance of winning the ballon d’or playing in Bundesliga Bayern than with any club in the Premier league. If Bayern does well in the Champions league and he wins Golden boot, he has a chance. Kane right now is the best striker in that position an all rounder, he can dribble, give a killer pass, and score as much.

If they put a clause like that it means that the value will be justified by the player's skill, I don't understand if the whole market is inflated and they put these clauses in order to make sure that the Arabs of the moment arrive and buy the player so as to transfer huge sums of money from Arabia to Europe, that's the only thing that comes to mind, I honestly can't find any other motivations.
Personally, I think the huge amount in clauses are only meant to wade off potential clubs from even coming to table a bid for players that has these outrageous release clause but as I said earlier, it's for proven players that the clubs doesn't want to lose they put themselves kind of price tag on not this particular kind of player. It's not about the current inflation but just to secure the player. Again even if the player says he wants to leave, the club his about moving to can't pay such a fee so they will definitely stay off such a player with such a release clause. Over the years we have seen notable players having even more than this amount back then.
But I don't think it's something to discourage other smaller clubs, or rather I'm not for that, I believe there's something else too, it's not possible that clubs put such high clauses, because then there's always the person or the company that can afford it, in my opinion it's a bait to capture billionaire clubs that have nowhere to throw their money.

As a bottom line I think these clauses have a fundamentally different function from what many people think. If young players get these high clauses implemented, it is supposed to give them a personal boost on the one hand, and on the other hand it supports to create some buzz around the player, sell more merchandise and what not.

Because think about this: if a player has a clause in their contract stating he is worth a billion dollars, what do you think how relevant that clause is when a club comes and offers $200 million? It's worthless. The clause means nothing. I think there is only one player where a club would have refused to take half a billion dollars and that was Messi in his prime for Barcelona. I believe Barcelona would have said "no" to an offer like that when Messi was in his mid 20s. Other than that, you can get them all for $250 million. I guess Real Madrid would sell Vinicius Junior for $250 million , just as an example. It is not really because the club plans to refuse any offer below $10 billion if that is what the clause says...

Julian Alvarez's performance at the start of this season has been excellent. His statistics are outstanding, scoring seven goals in eight La Liga and UCL matches. This news has sparked rumors that Julian Alvarez will leave for Barcelona this winter. Atletico has tied Alvarez to a contract until 2030, with a fantastic release clause of €500 million. Even Atletico Madrid will not entertain offers under €200 million. Reportedly, Laporta is very interested in Alvarez and still idolizes him, so he can bring him in, even though we know Barcelona's finances are not in good shape.

Why a player who is very successful in his actual team, winning the top trophy in Bundesliga while he was very underrated in a non successful team called Tottenham Hotspur in a very competitive and unpredictable league like English Premier League.
Some exceptions happen when there is conflict between the player and the stuff, when the salary is not enough for the player or high for the team or when the player wants top trophies.
Harry Kane is in good situation, there aren't other teams that will guarantee UEFA Champions League for him even in Real Madrid. Better to stick with Bayern Munich and try to grab other trophies with them.

the current coach was just awful. He just made the team so bad that even in the last 10 Manchester United has never fallen to the lower rank of league competition. Like after Sir Alex Ferguson 5 manager were has been back tested and all of them has been failed and sacked off but no one have ever had the club worst than right now as under the management Ruben Amorim....

Literally this is insane. Manchester United is dipping below the top 1o rank. Below you can see that no manager has done such an awful job after the departure of Sir Alex.

I hope Xavi Hernandez will make something good...
It is obvious that Amorim is backed for nothing at all, it makes no sense and we should not be able to do that at all. We should be seeing this as something that will take a while and we shouldn't be able to see this at all. We realize that it's going to be a tough situation because Amorim has done terrible so far and yet for some reason they are still keeping him, and we have no idea why.

And the weirdest part, they just part ways out of nowhere, which is good for the manager, but bad at the same time. He thinks the team is behind him, and then one day wakes up and fired, it's good because he does his job like he is not doing much at it right now, but then bad because he is fired. Lets see what will happen, but I agree that Xavi is a better choice.

Julian Alvarez will be a very good addition to this Barcelona team, because he is a fantastic player and he is in a wonderful form right now, but I don't see the possibilities of this deal going through,  because Barcelona are in a serious financial mess and they can't pay such amount for any player right now and Atletico Madrid are very stubborn when it comes to transfers of their player. They don't sell their star player on a cheap, so this is going to make this transfer very difficult to complete. I don't know how true this rumor is, but I don't think this deal will materialize.

There have been many rumours that Barcelona is interested in signing Alvarez, but I still see the deal as difficult because Atletico Madrid will not allow Alvarez to leave the team when they have not won any major trophies in the last few years. Alvarez will be happy to go and play for Barcelona, but the deal will be very difficult because he is the best player in Atletico Madrid and his performance is the only thing that is helping Atletico Madrid win games right now.

Alvarez's price will be more than $100 million, and Barcelona's financial crisis will stop the deal from going through. La Liga has previously stated that Barcelona must finish paying their debts and meet certain criteria before they can make any major signings. Barcelona does not have that kind of money, which is why they always fail to sign any big players with big money.

Southgate to United is growing in voice, and I am not sure but it can definitely be a lot better with time so we should not be really that complicated about it. Amorim is doing a fine job at the moment because team itself sucks, and that's not Amorims fault, and without changing the team, or willing to change the team then you are not going to get them be better. They need to go into a rebuild mode, and hire someone like Gasperini, doesn't have to be him, but someone like him.

That way, within 10 years, the team will go from nothing to title winners because they would slowly get better and better, and can find hidden gems around the world and make them into star players. Lookman was basically nobody for example, look at him now. Find an English version of Gasperini and you got yourself a decade long amazing team.

Nothing surprising with his statement. Why would Kane like to return to Tottenham? No reason for it while he is very comfortable and winning trophies at Bayern Munich.

He will be 34 at the end of his contract. If he doesn't continue at Bayern Munich after that then maybe he might go to Saudi Arabia or USA who knows. But I think he would renew his contract instead.

It is highly doubtful that he will renew his contract with Bayern - even Lewandowski was unable to secure terms from Bayern that would suit him at his age. But he won't return to England, 100%, because it makes no sense. He'll be too old to be number one and earn a good salary. It's much more profitable to go to Saudi Arabia.
I wonder what goal tally he'll be able to reach. Right now, he's been scoring practically every game on average.

So Saliba really admits that he wins nothing in his current club except a traffic sign trophy. I know he has been loyal to the Arsenal, but sometimes, he should be looking at Kane's story. I personally would like to see him moves to a club that give him not only money, but greater chance to win trophyes. However, he decides to stay much longer, then good luck for him.

Yes, in fact I don't see the point either for Harry Kane to move and return to the Premier League where he has also been quite unlucky, among other things. At Bayern Munich he won a lot of things he had never done before, he is happy and feels good where he can find something better around, he also risks ruining the career he has left to play.

Regardless of whether his team has won any trophies other than the community Shield in recent times, his club is playing very good football, him and Gabriel made the team have one of the strongest defence in European club football currently and so far they're working really hard to win a trophy but they're just so unlucky, hopefully this season would be different.

If I were an Arsenal fan, I would be so proud of having such player in my team, someone who's very loyal and would stand with the team in both good and bad times, someone who wouldn't leave cause of hefty offers my other top rival clubs, Saliba would be remembered for his good effort in making Arsenal's defence line very solid.

?500 million release clause for an unknown player, it's very laughable to read. I understand when a club does this and it's mainly to discourage potential buyers from even making a bid for a player with such a release clause but it's mainly done for players that has already proven themselves over the years not for players that are unknown at the moment.
In Spain the release clause is compulsory, so when they don't really want to give the possibility to other teams to negotiate directly with the player the choose this ridiculous numbers. Probably things changed after PSG chose to pay Neymar's 222 million euros release clause, which was totally crazy: at that time nobody thought somebody was going to pay that much money and yet...

What do you guys about this? Any club  can pay players to play professional football scene, but not all of clubs can give the players trophy to remember.

Harry Kane is never a better person to look up to if we are to judge by the supposed title or traffic sign stop like you called it, that was won. Harry Kane never won anything with Spurs despite being one of the best players, but Saliba got two shield to his name. Of course, I can agree that the trophy isn't well recognized especially by fans, but let's not forget that only two teams that meets certain criteria can compete for it. He made the right statement by saying that he hasn't won much with the club, and I respect him for that. Till this very minute, Liverpool fans are still very much upset with TAA despite him winning so much with them, but decided to leave the club in a very odd way.

Remember that we all supported Mbappe's move to Real Madrid just so that he could win the Champions league, but unfortunately, the team that he left won the same champion's league before him. Life always works in mystery, so I don't think it's safe for us to make conclusions based on a single person's story. Who knows when Arsenal might win a better trophy?, it might be this season or next. After seeing PSG win the last champions league, I realized that any team can be the favorite.

I think Kane was just trying to reply to the question put forward to him by the press. You know, the press can be snoopy at times. They want to get a hint of what he's thinking about his future. But I doubt if he would want to go back to England after his contract expires. If he's still in fine form and not having serious injury issues, I think Bayern would want to keep him, at least for a year or two.

He doesn't close the door for a possible departure but stays neutral in the end.

They say Atletico Madrid could price him even around 200 million euros. These are just rumours but who knows... Just to state he isn't for sale, they can really do that though.

It is still early to talk about such things of course. But I started to believe in Barcelona's interest in him for real. Lewandowski won't play forever...

I'm not even sure his going to be a top five candidate for the balloon d'Or let alone winning it, Harry kane is a fantastic player, infact I will say his one of the very best finishers we have but the truth is, he's not a balloon d'Or material and I don't think he will win it. If it's the highest goal scorer for the league or the European golden boot award, of course he will win it no doubt about that. I think Harry Kane is more concentrated on winning trophies which his lack in his career over the years until he signed for Bayern Munich
