He must have to say it and be neutral ,, lol.. cause you know, he has a strong release clause in his contract that wont let him go easily. On the other hand, I saw news that Barcelona really want him however the problem is that Atletico are asking for a huge fee, which I think could be more than the € 200 million you already mentioned. If I recall correctly, he only came from Man City last year for € 95 million, so unbelievable gain within 1 year. So, yeah you are right it is still early days, Although Barcelona want him but if they serious enough they will have to have deep pockets and be patient to move forward.

Will someone like Sir Alex appear again? I don’t think so, because United from 10 or more years ago is definitely not the same  it just keeps getting worse. Xavi was a great footballer, and he wasn’t bad even in Barcelona, but the question is what he could actually achieve with United. Amorim was brought in as an excellent coach, but even that didn’t turn out to be the best solution...
Well, the current coach was just awful. He just made the team so bad that even in the last 10 Manchester United has never fallen to the lower rank of league competition. Like after Sir Alex Ferguson 5 manager were has been back tested and all of them has been failed and sacked off but no one have ever had the club worst than right now as under the management Ruben Amorim....

Literally this is insane. Manchester United is dipping below the top 1o rank. Below you can see that no manager has done such an awful job after the departure of Sir Alex.

I hope Xavi Hernandez will make something good...

image
Xavi Hernandez seems to be the name on the lips of every Manchester United fan now but let’s not forget that the names of the past five managers also sounded like names to change the club’s decline and it didn’t work out. However the club have not officially stated their intentions to part ways with the current manager but we will see how the coming weeks will unfold.

It’s almost certain that he will leave if Man Utd drops points against Sunderland. Xavi could definitely bring better energy into the team, but whether he will succeed in getting United back on the right track remains to be seen. Somehow the fans are hoping for him, but the team also definitely needs to be sorted out and better signings brought in

It depends on the club owner decision. If they already have a manager in mind to replace Ruben Amorim, the owners will undoubtedly fire him regardless of the outcome. Even if Manchester United wins against Sunderland, it doesn't guarantee consistent wins in subsequent matches. Therefore, it's best for the club to part ways with Amorim and replace him with the right manager.

I think Xavi is a good choice. He has good experience in Barcelona, which will equip him for the role he's set to take over at Manchester United. I'm actually more confident in Xavi than any of the previous managers Manchester United.

There is e a rumor says that Bayern may sign Jackson as a permanent transfer even when he doesn't meet the requirement to activate his buy clause. If it's true, obviously a big win for Chelsea. They bought him for £32m, and flip him for £68m includes his loan fees. It's a big win consider jackson developed in Chelsea just only two years.
I'm gonna be so happy if it comes true caused by it's impossible for him to go back on Chelsea after his drama during the summer window.

I remember he and his agent also paid the fees to ensure he can join Bayern. The good thing is that Bayern values him better than Chelsea, so staying there much longer is best for him.
However, there's no official confirmation regarding this. Cheesy Cheesy

What caused it for Manchester United was that when they got accustomed to Alex since everything he was giving the club was use in a good way in quality and productivity, so after him Manchester United decided to pin the first coach they signed to be the replica of Alex when he did not even trained under Alex to say that he taught him a lot of the things he new so actually when he first couldn't do half of Alex, Manchester United decided there will be no more chance for him, so you can imagine how many coaches that has come onboard and all left with the same fate but however I no that among this coaches one of them could have reshape the club by now before all this things and this current one is also close to leaving the same.

It is still early to talk about such things of course. But I started to believe in Barcelona's interest in him for real. Lewandowski won't play forever...
Alvarez has a contract until 2030, and 500m release clause. It makes sense even if Atletico asked 200m for any team that is willing to buy him. It's not just rumor, but it's the truth. I'd rather pay 200m instead of 500m, you know.

Beside that if Barcelona is really keen to sign Alvarez, then they can wait until 2030 to sign him for free. I don't think atletico will let him leave with less than 200m offer. my 2 cents. Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
I think this thing about the figures is getting a bit out of hand, it's something that is starting to arrive who knows where, most likely in a few years we will see figures close to a billion lol, such high clauses for a player seem absurd to me, but if there is someone who pays them, who am I to interfere

Don't tell me Barcelona intends to buy him in installments? Grin

Alvarez seems comfortable at Atletico Madrid and has become a key player for Simeone team. Atletico Madrid are currently trying to recover and catch up on the points gap in La Liga. Honestly Atletico performance hasn't changed every season, hovering around third or fourth place at most. Roll Eyes
If he had to choose, Barcelona would be a more promising place for Alvarez to win trophies than Atletico Madrid.

It’s almost certain that he will leave if Man Utd drops points against Sunderland. Xavi could definitely bring better energy into the team, but whether he will succeed in getting United back on the right track remains to be seen. Somehow the fans are hoping for him, but the team also definitely needs to be sorted out and better signings brought in
There have been three names rumored to replace Amorim so far, and most people see Xavi Hernandez as a suitable candidate. A managerial change won't necessarily bring significant changes to Man United, but sometimes it can be quite impactful. Xavi Hernandez relies on possession in his tactical system, and he might need a midfielder who can dictate the rhythm of the game if he's entrusted with the position.

I'm confident Amorim can win against Sunderland, but the next week will be a bit more difficult, as Man United will face Liverpool. Although Liverpool have suffered two consecutive defeats, Liverpool's strengths are clearly superior in many ways against Man United next week.

Oh really? I don't know about the news about Amorim dismissal if he fails to handle Sunderland, what I heard is that Man Utd management wants Amorim to change his formation which is considered unsuccessful. And about Xavi connection to become Man Utd coach, I think this is just a rumor, I don't see a big chance that Xavi will manage Man Utd, besides I think his playing style is not suitable for the current depth of Man Utd squad, if it is true that Xavi comes to Old Trafford, Man Utd will likely have to overhaul it again, this will cost quite a lot of money. Of course I could be very wrong, this is just my own opinion.

He's got mad numbers just for Bayern Munich,  few months back, he was said to be curse for not winning a single trophy bit today he's been tipped for the Ballon d'Or? I love what read on here. He gives you everything you want in a striker and give the club one hundred percent.

I will be there to support the motion. I saw Jude Bellingham being awarded the English player of the year award,  next year I want to see that swinging Harry Kane's way. And if there's a chance for him to return to England, I will love it. Maybe return and play for Manchester United?!

Ok I was easily digesting everything you said on here until you mentioned the part of Harry Kane returning to England, and not just returning but to play for Manchester United.

Let me start by saying, I dont want him to return to England. He should stay where he finds peace, and where he can get more trophies to his name. Going to Manchester United is like starting your career afresh. Young players should be going there not players like Harry Kane.

Julian Alvarez is the best player in Atletico de Madrid currently. With the way he apprehend his value and banging goals, he's the best player no doubt about that. Los Colchoneros coach, Diego Simeone is the best man for the job and we know how long he's been in the club, already flowing with streams for good performance and stats in league games.

Alvarez is valued essentially since playing for his former team, Manchester City. Unfortunately he fall out of favorite for Pep Guardiola and Diego Simeone spot him, he wouldn't let this golden rare gem slipped through his hands, he push and push until he got him Atletico de Madrid. Today we're watching Alvarez banging goals and doing wonders with the team, an outstanding striker he is for the club.
Pep Gaurdiola undermined his potential and do keep him on the bench most of the time. This discouraged Julian Alvarez from staying in Manchester City. He saw a chance to leave ths club to where he will be given enough time to showcase his talent. Atletico Madrid brought smiles back to his face because he had enough time to display his qualities.
For some reason, Julián Alvarez was not Pep Guardiola's favorite player, which is why he was kept on the bench most of the season and even if he was given a chance in some matches, he only played for a few minutes. For a few seasons, Julián Alvarez hoped that the manager would use him next season, but in the end, he realized that as long as Pep Guardiola was in charge of Manchester City, he would not be able to be included in the regular XI of Manchester City, which is why he decided to change clubs and Atletico Madrid accepted him with great interest. Now we see Álvarez in the regular XI of Atletico Madrid, who is performing excellently in every match. Especially in the match where Real Madrid lost against Atletico Madrid, Julián Alvarez's contribution was also great. If Álvarez had not decided to change clubs, he might still have to sit on the side bench, which would have led to his career going in the wrong direction.

So sometimes, some decisions can change the careers of some players.

From all the past experiences that I have seen or witness with the many coaches that have coached Manchester United, it's now certain that their problem is way bigger than coaches because from the list of coaches that have handled the club I think a couple of them if not are all were good coaches with good reputation but couldn't make any good impact.

The fact remains that Manchester United needs a goalkeeper. Altay and the loanee Onana aren't Manchester United's level. They could have even brought him in when Manchester City let Ederson go. He was at least experienced and a quality Premier League goalkeeper. But they didn't, and they're still struggling in the goalkeeping area.
Sometimes trying to figure out what Manchester United actually need is confusing, I thought they were celebrating finally settling their goalkeeper hunt late in the summer’s transfer window when they signed Lammens. Don’t tell me they spent around €25million for nothing. Manchester United never cease to amaze me but how come all these goalkeepers and none is good, more reason I still insist that the defense is the problem.
The current manager has a philosophy and he has stated he cannot change his strategy. It is obvious the available players in the team cannot play to his standards which makes them inefficient. To play to his tactics he needs players who can do it so it is either the players are changed or the manager will be changed it’s that simple.

As a bottom line I think these clauses have a fundamentally different function from what many people think. If young players get these high clauses implemented, it is supposed to give them a personal boost on the one hand, and on the other hand it supports to create some buzz around the player, sell more merchandise and what not.

Because think about this: if a player has a clause in their contract stating he is worth a billion dollars, what do you think how relevant that clause is when a club comes and offers $200 million? It's worthless. The clause means nothing. I think there is only one player where a club would have refused to take half a billion dollars and that was Messi in his prime for Barcelona. I believe Barcelona would have said "no" to an offer like that when Messi was in his mid 20s. Other than that, you can get them all for $250 million. I guess Real Madrid would sell Vinicius Junior for $250 million , just as an example. It is not really because the club plans to refuse any offer below $10 billion if that is what the clause says...
The main reason is that la liga makes it a forced thing to have a release clause, that's the reason. They are not putting 500 million release clause just for fun, they have to put one, there are no contracts with no release clauses, every single player in la liga has a release clause (unless you signed your contract before the rule but I doubt any left by now).

So you can safely assume that this 500 million is equal to just saying "it's 1 trillion" or whatever, the point isn't to make it 500, the point is that they are forced to have one, so they put a high one, to make it look like there isn't a release clause. So the reason for this 500 million, is to prevent other teams get him for cheap, while still able to say they followed the rule.

I don’t think there will be anyone like Alex Ferguson again for Manchester United, if Manchester United supporters are hoping for someone like that then they are delusional, that era has passed, they need to move on. There are likely good managers who can make United better they are just not looking in the right directions yet.

The opportunity will always be there, and you just have to sit back and watch Amorim ruin his career at Man United first, then you can see a new coach. Even Xavi could be a candidate because he has said he is open to the Premier League. In terms of opportunities, which team needs a new manager other than Manchester United if Amorim is fired? Plus Xavi is free, so if the offer comes he will immediately take it.

Frankly I don't even know where to start because Manchester United are a total mess, and they've been like that for years now. It's easy to blame the manager but the reality is that there is no plan, they just keep buy random players and change manager every couple of years, how can you build something in this way?
Amorim is, in my opinion, overrated, but is Xavi better than him? I don't think so. At thus point just trust Amorim and let's see what happens.

Somehow the fans are hoping for him, but the team also definitely needs to be sorted out and better signings brought in
The team seriously needs to be sorted out, just in the last transfer window, they missed on signing Victor Osimhen, a prolific striker of high reputation, UNITED complains for not signing Victor, was that he should reduce his weekly allowance, the youngster refused and UNITED settled for Mbuemo, who so far has shown that, he was just an average player that was overpriced. If Xavi comes, there will be another round of rescheduling again, just the way that of Amorim affected the likes of Rashford and Antony, how long will the team continue to around circle's.

The people in charge of transfer really funked up on the Osimhen deal this summer, that was a chance for the club to finally sign a high profile forward but they missed the opportunity, how can they tell someone with such quality to reduce his wage to suit their salary structure, it wasn't something they're not capable of paying, well it's their lose and I believe they'll be regretting.

I think there an issue in the dressing of Manchester United,  some players want him out since they're not finding his strategies easy, I think they'll keep making errors so the board would see reason to sack him sooner than later after they've had series of loses, too bad that the one time great Manchester United have become a shadow of themselves.

Is Chelsea now an academy that buy players, raise them and sell them after one or two years for profits? I thought Chelsea was a big club that has ambition to grow into something bigger? Lately I have been seeing some Chelsea fans celebrating how they are doing good businesses by selling the players they got cheaper for a higher amount. But ambitious clubs don't sell their best players they keep building on them. It's really surprising what Chelsea has turned into under their new owners.
