Of course, that's the only way Harry Kane can win ballon d'or. A player cannot single handedly win ballon d'or because his club must be outstanding in that season. I don't see Bayern winning UCL this season, I might be wrong but that's my own observation. However, in football anything can happen because it's a game full of surprises.

Both of them are average managers, and I'm not sure they can make a difference at United. If changing coaches is the best thing that can impact the team's situation, that's fine. The problem is, when coaches are changed, performance doesn't seem to change.

That's because of two reasons in my opinion. One of them is that they haven't hired the right manager. Barcelona have produced a lot of young talent that did not make it to the top level or struggle; you can never find any Barcelona legend coming up on live television and saying the kind of things the likes of Roy Keane say about Rashford.
We saw when Pedri was struggling with injuries, we saw how Fati couldn't break into the team after his injuries, but not once did the legends talk badly about them online or in public. This is just an example of the atmosphere at United.

I don't think that the management really understands anything otherwise they wouldn't be firing a manager every single season. Winning in football takes time and patience, you need planning, the manager needs certain players, and the players need to understand what the manager wants from them. Starting from 0 every single season is not the solution. Sir Alex Ferguson at first didn't win a single trophy for several season and yet nobody fired him.

You are right about a team's performance being capable of aiding a player to get good recognition by the football body FIFA but sometimes i do wonder why people emphasizes more on a player winning the Champions League will become a good credit for some prestigious awards. There are players who have won the ballon d'Or in the past without even winning the Champions League. Harry Kane have done really good for Bayern Munich so far but is his performance enough to get him nominated for the award? And again, previous nominations for the ballon d'Or can also mean that the player might be closer to winning it in the future but just like we have seen in the nomination list this year, Harry Kane didn't make the top 10 despite his outstanding performance for Bayern Munich last season, he wasn't even in the top 20 if am not mistaken so i wonder the kind of performance he will show this season which will suddenly make him a potential ballon d'Or nominee.

I think Yamal is still being affected by the previous issues he had that kept him away from performing in Barcelona games although it was said tha he has recovered from the previous one but the current report that he still feels discomfort in his pubis area only shows that he has repeated the same lifestyle that brought about the discomfort and he needs to stop it.

Yamal is becoming an adult he is trying to experience life and have fun but the management and is family needs to caution him so that the lifestyle he is living will not affect his career and sideline him for months it will affect his chances of winning some individual awards.

If the bad performance will continue like this, end of season is very far before thinking to sack him. At a max during January window, it will help the new manager to go for players of his choice if the club will be ready to spend.

If Amorim don't improve, i doubt his stay to be longer to last for a complete season, United are not willing to finish anywhere near last season.

It is obvious that the problem of Manchester United is not the players but the management and the manager of the team, the current players in the team is finding it difficult to play his formation same thing that affected all the players that has left the team in the name of them not good for his formation is it not better the manager move to a different formation so that his team can get better and start getting the needed results? I don't see any seriousness in Manchester United players, they play like the want the coach to be sacked, normally Sunderland should be scared of playing against Manchester United but they're no longer that Manchester United we used to know and I won't be suprised to see them losing or conceding much goals.

 A team that's so poor defensively and make lots of errors when attacking by easily giving the ball to their opponents, I don't trust Manchester United, their fans should only hope that they win cause bragging about that team is risky since they're so disappointing especially when you think they're very sure of playing well.
