The only reason I feel Xavi can do something good is because he was able to begin the revival process for Barcelona even though he didn’t completely accomplish it but he did set the foundation that Flick is enjoying today so hopefully he can do the same with United. I just checked Xavi's stat at Barcelona. He had a 62.7% win rate. He managed 141 games, won 89, drew 23 and lost 29. Though he won only two pieces of silverware, the La Liga title and the Spanish Super Cup, but I think he did great if you put other factors into consideration. It was during his reign Barca got hammered with the financial fair play restrictions, and this affected his ability to sign some of his preferred targets.

You could imagine what he would've won if Barcelona had lots of cash to spend on players, check the squad Xavi used in winning the trophies he won they weren't the best but he managed them properly till they became the best and won the title. So, if Manchester United are looking for a coach to revive their team, they should be looking out for coaches with such profile as Xavi's. Manchester United already has some good players in the team and there is no restriction for the team to buy more players if they can hire Xavi and give him the go ahead order to signore players that could help him to revive the team there's no way he will not do well just like he did in Barcelona, Amorim's tactics is not helping the team the earlier they realize it and show him the exit door the better for the team.

Enzo Maresca has made a comment about Garnacho's improvement in the team; he has adjusted really good and has made a reasonable contribution to the club, especially during the match they played against Benfica. Honestly, this guy is a key player of Hansi Flick's system, and his injury can cause serious trouble for the team. Few days ago he has been recovered from an injury, and now again he joined the injury list. Now I think only Raphinha would be able to replace his position, but it is still very bad news for Hansi Flick...

Apart from this, if we talked about the injury, then apprantly this type of injury can cause affect the player health like if Yamal Jamal didn't rest well and didn't wait until fully recovered, then his injury could damage his body, such as Neymar....

Bringing Xavi to old Trafford is another gambling. I think Manchester United should be tired of gambling by now. If they need a coach, they should go for a world class coach and if non is available, they can wait till any becomes available.
Manchester United does not need any further gambling in terms of coaching, they just need a one time solution so that if it fails, they will be so sure that it is no longer a coaching problem.

They should beg Klopp to return to England or they go approach Zidane or Enrique. But still, the least coach can come and make a difference. You never can tell.

Until they release an official statement, everything is still considered a rumor, and sometimes the media can exaggerate things, leading to constant buzz. Firing Ruben Amorin from his position as the manager of Manchester united doesn't guarantee good result from the next manager, so Ruben Amorin deserve to be given enough time to work. It's true that while building a team you have to be delivering a good result  in the process, if not your job is at risk, but he is not to be blamed entirely because their are so many low quality players in this Manchester united team that needs to be replaced but where not replaced in the transfer market, but regardless of that, if result doesn't improve, he might eventually get the sack letter at some point.

Yes this debate revolves around club is loyal to their current manager Amorim and at same time having Xavi as easy replacement. And Xavi who has helped Barcelona win LaLiga has not secured job in such long period. They assume that he is likely to reject offers until he gets high profile position. I don't think it is for now because Luis Enrique is still under contract with PSG and there is no reason to leave now because he is still sufficiently needed by the team. If at all Jurgen Klopp is coming to manage any club in England it is most definitely not going to be Manchester United, Manchester United and Liverpool are arch rivals which Klopp is very well aware of, Klopp is more of a loyal manager and if I am correct he actually made mentioned that he even if he is returning to England it would still be Liverpool. For now I think the German is actually enjoying his time off managing any club and even talked about it the other day when he was asked about life after leaving Liverpool. It was clear that he wouldn’t return to coaching when he actually turned down two offers one from England nation team and they later signed Tuchel and the second is the Bayer Leverkusen job as they later signed Ten Hag and sacked still came back he actually rejected the job again.
