The only reason I feel Xavi can do something good is because he was able to begin the revival process for Barcelona even though he didn’t completely accomplish it but he did set the foundation that Flick is enjoying today so hopefully he can do the same with United. Someone needs to save United from this decline before they hit relegation level because it is no longer funny.
Manchester United were not Patient with the likes of Van Gaal, and you think they won't fumble again with a person like Xavi? Xavi might not be so different from Amorim by the way. Just because they performed so well in other local league does not mean they can instantly change things at Manchester United. Maybe what need to change at Manchester United first is the ownership, and then the new ownership would try to restructure everything at the club. Several coaches have come to United and failed likewise, some players too. I feel that it's an internal problem and not about the coaches or the players. It seems that United is adding too much pressure on both the coach and the players to provide them with instant results which is not possible. Sir, Alex Ferguson spent quite some years with United before he could build the team and won almost all the trophies that United had.

Sir, Alex Ferguson spent quite some years with United before he could build the team and won almost all the trophies that United had. Looking at Manchester United today, I also think their problems aren't simple. Many issues arose after Sir Alex's departure. I even conclude that United's current problems are also due to Sir Alex's failure to prepare for a new generation before leaving. After Sir Alex retired, Moyes took over as Manchester United's manager. We know he wasn't suited to coaching a team like Manchester United at the time. This transition caused United to lose confidence and even become a laughingstock. This is what has prevented United from recovering, despite a succession of coaches and players. Manchester United's current problems are about mentality and trust. Therefore Manchester United needs a coach not only skilled at strategizing but also one who can inspire the players' passion. It's pointless to have a good coach but a declining mentality.

As far as I know, the Xavi rumours are based on "if" they fire Amorim, it doesn't say anything about them firing him yet. Xavi is available, and seems like will stay available for a while longer, which is weird considering he won La Liga with Barcelona and ever since he was fired nobody hired him, I have a feeling that people did asked him and he declined because I reject the idea that for 1.5 years nobody asked him.
So while I agree that United decided to keep Amorim, there is a possibility that if we see the mend up with a bad result, and eventually fire him, then Xavi is the one they are thinking, otherwise it is not going to be like just fire Amorim for Xavi for changing sake, it's about results Amorim gets and being ready for a possibility.
The rumor about sacking Amorim, and signing Xavi already denied by Ornstein. He says Amorim's position is safe, and fully backed by the minority share holders in MU. Expecting Amorim to leaves even when his team have terrible performance is too good to be true.

Yeah, those are just rumours and for now according to Manchester United board, they are not yet ready to fire Amorim as of now. If they fire him now or sooner of course they would have to pay him off and I think it's around £12 million. So technically, the club wouldn't want to pay they huge amount of money for sacking a coach only to employ another that they will start paying again.

What do you mean by instant pressure? Every club is expecting good results from the players and the coaching staff, should they expect less? Maybe you've forgotten how much was spend during the summer window to ensure changes to be made in the team. Mbemo and Cunha were Premier league proving. Only Sesko was bought in outside the league. I just want to see Reuben Amorim suffer after talking trash against the previous managers and on the players the sent out of the club.

I believe you have been following up on the issues that is surrounding the performance of Manchester United if you have you should know better that pressure is not the reason why the coaches that has managed the team and left could not get a good result for the team, firstly the team was having wrong players who couldn't perform well for the team but right now the problem is the manager because he is using a formation that his players are finding it difficult to adapt and during the team of Sir Alex Ferguson the club believed in him due to his relationship with the management and how he was changing the team gradually not like the modern day coaches that blames their players when they fail.

But in any case, this season is entirely at Amorim's disposal.
This won't go down well with some Manchester united fans, Lol. And the crazy thing is, Amorim always finds a way to win certain games, especially when it looks like the media has been discussing alot about him. Just imagine allowing Amorim to continue as the manager for remaining 34 games, when they're currently sitting at 14th position with just 6 games played so far. It's going to be a long ride for United honestly. Maybe he might eventually get a few games right as time goes, who knows. But he doesn't look like a long term manager for the club. I honestly hope the fans have the courage to bear with him if he eventually stays for the entire season. Manchester United have sacked too many managers and have never had the chance to build up with a manager. Now, Jim Ratcliffe and Ineos are currently backing Ruben Amorim just the same way Liverpool management did when they backed Jurgen Klopp during his hard phase. But what I expect is the some your best players being axed out completely. I'm alsoa expecting a positive impact when they host Sunderland later today at Old Trafford. This game should be three points for us before the International break. We must be sincere with ourselves, Manchester United problem started when their began to sack their managers at regular intervals, and giving new managers targets goals and winning to meet and unable to meet that can lead to their sack also, this thing is what affected Manchester United performance for a very long time now, and from the recent actions, is as if Manchester United is not ready to change from that pattern until now even though their are making some positive changes in performance their need consistentcy to stay ahead.

Maybe what need to change at Manchester United first is the ownership, and then the new ownership would try to restructure everything at the club. I'm not expecting anything different... At least that's from my own personal standpoint. I've always said this and I'll still say it again -- you can't expect to see changes in an instance, even if Pep was called for the job. Xavi had a good season with Barcelona, but what's the guarantee of doing the same with united? Zero. They got way different players, with very different abilities to play, adaptation skills etc.. so he would also need time to blend in with these players. Let's just hope the deal gets completed and we all get to see the outcome.

It’s true, Sir Alex Ferguson also had a difficult start before eventually leading Manchester United to great success. Keeping a manager for a long time offers a greater chance of winning trophies, but in today’s era, that’s very hard to do because club owner and fans lack patience. It seems that everyone wants instant success right after overhauling the squad and replacing the manager. Overall, most elite clubs today appear to follow the same policy, they will sack the manager if he fails to deliver a trophy within one or two seasons, especially if the club suffers a serious decline. Of course, this is understandable, as clubs spend large budgets in the transfer market and expect success to come as quickly as possible.

It’s true, Sir Alex Ferguson also had a difficult start before eventually leading Manchester United to great success. Yes the longer the manager stays the more he becomes use to players and can fixed them in match properly to deliver the expectations of the clubs, but after the few success, sir Alex happens to be one of the last Manchester United most stable manager before the constant and rapid changing in manager and coach started rolling so high with Manchester United, this led to the poor formation and performance already.

Recently, I heard rumors about Man United that Zidane is ready to return to coaching. According to rumors, he is prepared to replace Amorim, because Manchester United's performance has not been improving. Zidane wants Manchester United to have a complete squad and a stable environment. Besides Zidane, it seems that Xavi Hernandez is also rumored to be ready to take over Amorim's role. Indeed, both coaches currently do not have contracts binding them to other clubs. I think if Amorim does not quickly improve the team's performance, he might be fired soon.
Even if Zidane has decided to return to coaching I don’t see any reason he will want to dent is shining career by coaching Manchester United, that club pulls down everything that comes in contact with it, I love Zidane and don’t wish that for him. I also sense sack for Amorim coming soon if things do not change quickly. According to media reports, Xavi is the first choice for Manchester United. It’s hard for anyone to bring the club back to where it belongs, but i believe Xavi could do it. If Amorim doesn’t get 3 points against Sunderland, he has nothing left to hope for. The Manchester United board must think carefully about whom they will appoint.

€200 million for what? It’s way too big for the player like Julian Alvarez because he is just coming up and never got that hype he deserve to get such market value; his market value should be around €85-100 million because of the club he is playing for and the nature of league.
Liverpool and Newcastle United were not on the same page because Newcastle United never wanted Isak to go, but since Liverpool insisted they decide to put high amount and stocked to the amount to discourage Liverpool, but they paid because they wanted the player in their team.
Unless if Alvarez get a bid from more than two top teams across Europe and he should have scored at least 30 goals this season, if not, his market value will never be up to €120 million.
Besides them, Barcelona is also the one who to keeping an eye on Julian Alvarez for a possible Robert Lewandowski replacement. Robert Lewandowski has already expressed his opinion that he will leave the club at the end of the season. So that's why Barcelona is looking for his replacement. Barcelona is still trailing with financial criticism, and I think it's would be hard for them to sign him permanently... Thus far, Atlatico Madrid is also demanding high price the which and Barcelona probably wouldn't have that money to sign him permanently as a Robert Lewandowski replacement. But personally Julian Alvarez is big fan of Baraca and now it is up to him does he sacrifice his value for Barca or does he prefer a big price tag.

So you take all you read from the media like they have a direct source from thee management of Man United. They have come up to say they will not be sacking this manager as it was uploaded by one of thr highest and best sports journalist in all of the UK. Ruben Amorim remains as the man for the job and not just the management are backing him but also the players who are making sure to see him stay by winning games. The next game against Liverpool should send a clear message if they can beat them. Sunderland the most ambitious promoted relegation side did good but wasn't enough to get the win or draw they wanted

Harry Kane's current performance for Bayern Munich is commendable, and his goals have helped Bayern Munich to win their matches this season. If Harry Kane continues with his current performance for Bayern Munich and Bayern Munich maybe wins this season's Champions League trophy or ends up as the runner up, Harry Kane has a good chance of winning the next Ballon d'Or Award, because I don't see any player who will perform better than Harry Kane this season.
We said that about Mohamed Salah last season after his start and how did that go? I think Mohamed Salah didn't win the Ballon d'Or Award because Liverpool failed to win the Champions League, and Ousmane Dembele performed better than Mohamed last season. The only thing that would make Harry Kane not win the Ballon d'Or Award, just like Mohamed Salah didn't win it this year, is if Bayern Munich doesn't win the Champions League this season. Like I said in a previous comment that it takes more than just individual effort to win the ballon d’Or, it has to be accompanied with club awards which mainly requires winning the champions league. Liverpool’s failure to win the champions league cost Mo Salah an opportunity of winning the ballon d’Or. Same situation with Yamal. For Kane to be awarded Bayern Munich equally need to win the champions league.

I think there are many factors to consider when it comes to winning the Ballon d'Or, as each season sees several players develop. But other factors, such as the team's failure to win the Champions League, also play a significant role, as you mentioned regarding Mo Salah and Yamal. If Kane wants the Ballon d'Or, he must also be able to lead Bayern Munich to victory. If he can't do that, I'm not sure he'll be able to achieve individual glory in the Champions League, as there will likely be other players who meet the criteria more suited to the award.

Savinho securing this longterm contract with Manchester City is quite good but what's the extent of the deal? The Brazilian can't keep staying in Manchester City because there's absolutely no way he can bend into the starting XI because there we have Erling Haaland, Marmoush and Jeremy Doku, and trust me when I say, Pep Guardiola is not giving up these players for anything, he only want a win and streak stunning performance from his players. Savinho should atleast force his exits because there's limited playing time for him and that's absolutely not how he ought to operate.
As for Lamine Yamal, there are mostly likely cases of Hansi Flick pressing the situation inother not to make things competitive for the Spaniard, remember he's still a young lad filled with so much ambition to pressure and play big games. Hansi Flick just doesn't want to see Lamine Yamal stressing over country games when there's main games for club.
Not only he is a great player that they would love to have for a long time, but also he rose up from their academy as well. Technically not from City themselves as a team, but from City Group, they got him from Girona who is part of the group. That is why they would love to keep him as long as possible and increase him. The reality is simple, we are talking about a player who will do wonders for them for many years in the future. He may or may not get minutes he wants at all times, but when other older players like Silva and such leaves, Savinho will be the one that starts every game and be their star player. I hope that it works well for him and he can stay healthy and be better every single year under Pep.

The manager to whom Manchester United management is currently handing over the responsibility of their club is failing Manchester United. Not only the manager but also new players have been appointed to this club, but those players are also not able to contribute much to Manchester United, which means that the problem of this team is in every position. If you change one or two players, the performance of this team will never change. The management should take a little risk and first of all, they should appoint a good quality manager to the club. Then that manager should be given financial freedom and let him buy players as he wants. If the manager is successful in buying players, then the performance will automatically improve. Since Manchester United has not been able to perform well for a long time, maybe they should take such a decision now.

The real problem at Manchester United is that when the team experiences poor results, the manager is the only one to be blamed. I don't think the problem is just the manager, because the players need to improve things too. Manchester United has become a team where the fans don't have very high expectations. This is the biggest problem: the fans don't expect success from Manchester United because they know they won't. The reason the fans know this is because they don't make major changes to the team. If a team is failing, the majority of the team needs to be changed. Manchester United hasn't been successful for a long time, but the team is still playing the same game, and you can't change that by just changing the manager.

This will be a test for any young player, and it may take patience for them to become a key player in the coach's plans. Savinho needs to continue improving his skills so that his individual abilities can continue to grow. It's certainly not easy to earn a place in a team with experienced players entrusted by the coach, but it's not impossible for Savinho to become even better in the future. Every player who starts his career will inevitably face challenges, and it's up to them to seize every moment to continue their development. Senior players can also get injured or move to other clubs, so when Savinho gets the chance to play, that's when he needs to prove his worth.

Yes this debate revolves around club is loyal to their current manager Amorim and at same time having Xavi as easy replacement. And Xavi who has helped Barcelona win LaLiga has not secured job in such long period. They assume that he is likely to reject offers until he gets high profile position. Thus club is not seeking to fire Amorim now but Xavi is on bench as most likely person to fill vacancy in case current manager has major decline in results and needs to be replaced. To be fair, could anyone say that is a bad idea? I would say that is a great idea and would be amazing for them. It is not about firing a manager, it's just being ready and when they are ready that means we are talking about something that will benefit them a lot, would make it a lot better. Why and how? Because it's clear that we are going to end up with something that will benefit them for a long time. It should be something that would get them a great amount of help, so it is going to be something that will be profitable for them to be ready. If they already talked to Xavi, and told him that he is their goal to get in case Amorim fails, and if Xavi already accepted, that is perfect. It gives Xavi to study the team every game too.
