He wasnt that bad in Manchester United though, it was just EPL is way tougher than Eredivisiae. As for Bayern Munich, Im not sure what really happened there but he had only 3 games with them. Anyway Ten Hag had 73% win rate with ajax for 4 seasons so yeah Ajax trying to hire him again is a good move. He might not be the best manager but he is available and he had good history with Ajax
Erik Ten Hag taking another job? He should have taken a break and reconsidered his strategies; maybe they are now obsolete. I have much respect for coaches who take out maybe one or two years to learn and return with innovative ideas. Ajax needs help seeing that they are having a poor run in the UCL. If I were part of Ajax management, I would vote to bring back Ten Hag.

Ajax is now held a meeting with Ten Hag to appoint him again as a manager. I can't believe them still have faith on Ten Hag after his poor perform in his previous clubs. It seem they still have belief if he can change the situation better. So they will re-appoint him back as a new manager.
I admit he's better than Heitinga, but Ajax has not talented players on its squad. They also lack of proper sport director, which makes me believe he won't able to repeat his success in the past.

Any thought about this?
You won't and can't totally blame the management of Ajax, to them he still has a clean slate with them and it's true. They may still feel that he has a lot to offer them after all that's exactly where he even made his name. So maybe they will be willing to give him the benefit of doubt, well since they have been having series of bad season let them try someone who once knew the system. I think that's what the management is likely doing now.

He should be okay in Ajax than those already made clubs he ones coached, the club will tolerate him especially if he work more than Heitinga, you could be right of much better coach than him because Heitinga has not reach his coaching level in terms of big teams he has been on his career but Ten hag is a coach that doesn't go well in hyping to be more the coach he will be replacing because we have hyped him before but nothing he could show but Ajax will take him very important if they see higher improvement than Heitinga starting from winning the Eredivisie league because that's the only way to be better than Heitinga.

Real Madrid has written off Vini Jr.. They are considering selling him next summer. Vini reacts angrily to Xabi Alonso when he is substituted. The disagreement between the two is very clear. This has happened many times before. On the one hand, Real Madrid is trying to renew his contract because there is a possibility he could leave for free in 2027. They don't want a player who could bring in at least 100 million Euro to leave for free. Meanwhile, there are no serious suitors for Vini Jr. yet. It's not easy for him to find a place in the top 5 leagues because his disciplinary issues are causing clubs to steer clear of him.
You must have noticed how much buzz there was about Rodrygo in this transfer window, but even after the transfer market closed, Rodrygo is still at Real Madrid and although he is not in the regular XI, he is seen performing at least 20 to 30 minutes on the field in every match. Vinicius Junior behaved a bit aggressively in the El Clasico match because he wanted to play full time in that match and he performed well when he was taken off, but hopefully the on-field issues have ended on the field. Vinicius Junior is undoubtedly one of Real Madrid's best wingers, so Real Madrid certainly wouldn't want to lose such a gem. If Real Madrid says they want to sell Vinicius Junior, then it will be seen that the big clubs in Europe are lining up to accept him at a high price, but Real Madrid will not do that.
We are all discussing whether Vini will remain or not, but does Alonso want him to remain? There is this buried stat that Madrid plays more matches without Vinicius than they do with him. Sounds mad, but it's true. And Alonso's a systems guy. He's seen the numbers. He is aware that individual brilliance of Vini can actually disrupt the balance of the team.

Well, Vini has done well in the Clasico, you said? Mate, he was flash but he produced nothing. Then he was everywhere against Valencia, he touched the ball all the time, he wanted to demonstrate his value... and zero goals, zero assists, missed a penalty. And frankly, he is bothered with the Lamine Yamal. Has a fight with the 17-year-old Barcelona wonderkid, and now the same kid is worth more than him on the market. That's gotta hurt.

Mbappe is the already a new star of Madrid. That makes Vini the second choice, and in case he is not able to adjust to Alonso playing colder and more tactically... bet on a Saudi transfer next summer. It is the playbook of Ozil: support the coach, sell the ambivalent star, keep on going.

A coach can decide to take a time off from coaching jobs and still return back to same misfortune that made him took a break. For the fact that Eric Ten Hag failed in some of the clubs he coached in recent years doesn't mean that if he is called for a coaching job that he shouldn't consider it. Sometimes we are only so concerned about the bad records of a coach and forget about their good side, but we don't to ask ourselves why those coaches keep on being hired after they are sacked in another club. Eric Ten Hag has a good record at Ajax because when he coached the club previously, he won about 153 games out of 207 games which signifies 73.9%-win rate so i think he knows how manage the team and if he comes back for a second time, he might succeed to bring back their lost glory in the Eredivisie.

He's a manager who knows Ajax very well and has taken them to great heights. Therefore, it makes perfect sense for the team officials to appoint him as manager. There are few better options for Ajax than Erik Ten Hag. If I were an Ajax fan, I'd want him to take charge. At the very least, he could restore the team's spirit. In the worst-case scenario, he could achieve the same results as the current manager.

Since Eric Ten Hag left the Ajax job for Manchester United job, he hasn’t done anything better, he was performing below his standard because he was one of the best coaches then while coaching Ajax.

Furthermore, since he left Ajax job, the club has also been suffering since then, I think that’s why the management decided to hold a meeting him to see if they can have him back to rescue the team.
The management wanted an experienced coach, and if you take a look around, there are no good managers out there, only sacked managers, so Ten Hag is not a bad option

Real Madrid selling Vini jr is just a rumor, and I don’t think Real Madrid will make attempt doing that. We all know Vini jr to be a talented player and I doubt if Real Madrid will want to lose a player like him. I know Vini jr does mess up sometimes, he needs to be cautious, but if Real Madrid makes attempts to sell him, then they might end up regretting at the end.

I don’t know why Vini jr do react like that when he is substituted, I know it’s kind of painful when you are substituted in a match, but he shouldn’t make it so obvious, he knows the coach is just trying to do what’s best for the team, and if a player isn’t performing well in a match, it’s normal for the player to be substituted. Maybe Vini jr thinks he is the best, and doesn’t want to be replaced when playing.

Of course, Ajax can consider him because they did great work in the club when he was their manager. This is the reason why they need his service because they believe he do it again. Eredivisiae is not a league with much competition, it should be able to cope with the league.

To be honest this would have been better for Erik Ten Hag, taking a long break off camera and media, restrategised and come back better.

Although, since his old club where he can be considered excellent is seeking him he might be tempted to get on the managerial position early which is still a two way risk factor of getting a good reputation again or making things difficult.

Ajax is now held a meeting with Ten Hag to appoint him again as a manager. I can't believe them still have faith on Ten Hag after his poor perform in his previous clubs. It seem they still have belief if he can change the situation better. So they will re-appoint him back as a new manager.
It doesn't matter how badly you perform once you reach top level as a coach a player you will surely have a club to sign you even if it's just small club. Ten Hag may have bad history with some clubs but he started well and that made him reach top level. He had good record with Ajax before and is familiar with their style so it's easy to trust him again. He failed at Manchester United and Bayer Leverkusen but that doesn't mean he is not a good coach. Ajax has been very poor lately so maybe Ten Hag will be able to bring life back to the team.

He wasnt that bad in Manchester United though, it was just EPL is way tougher than Eredivisiae. As for Bayern Munich, Im not sure what really happened there but he had only 3 games with them. True he wasn't so bad at United, just that Manchester United was so terrible and they wanted to be challenging for the league title so fast that's why they didn't appreciate his performance. I know the performance was lacking consistency but was fair enough. The premier league is far more competitive than the Eredisive so it wasn't as easy for him in the premier league but that doesn't mean he isn't a good manager.

There aren't many strong teams in the Dutch league. That's why I think he could find success with Ajax. After all, he has PSV and Feyenoord to compete with. We could also include AZ. That's why I think Ten Hag could have a successful season if he returns to Ajax.

I think bringing back Ten Hag was not the worst decision. It is clear that Ajax have tried hard to restore their original structure and identity after their recent chaos. so yes, he did not succeed at United. But it would not be fair to say that he suddenly lost his coaching skills ,, keep in mind , this guy built some really badass Ajax squad  in 2019

I do not think the real problem is Ten Hag, it was Ajax's poor player selection process and lack of leadership. If we are to take Pep Guardiolas word for it, he would not have been able to do his job properly unless he had the right sporting director or a huge group of talented young player, lmao  ! Hopefully, with Ten Hags discipline & system, the nation will have a chance to clean up this mess. It is a real risk, but it is a crucial step to get out of the situation Ajax is facing

Honestly Scott Mctominay is a much bigger player than Napoli, which means that they can't hold him for too long. If some team comes in and offers 100 million for example, there is no way Napoli can say no to that. I know he is a vital part of their team and even if they sold him for 500 million let's say, how can they find someone who could replace him and be better?

So, what they will probably aim is to recover from that loss by getting few good players instead, like improve few positions to cover the difference. If they can do that properly then they won't be missing anything and even be better, but if they fail and get bad players then they won't be getting a good thing out of this. But I am sure, at the end of the day, he is going to leave.

I think so too, as Erik ten Hag is already very familiar with the Eredivisie atmosphere, making it very reasonable for Ajax management to recruit him back to Ajax. During his time with Ajax, He was known as a successful coach who brought trophies to Ajax, So in times of decline like this, it certainly wouldn't hurt to invite him back to coach Ajax.

It true that sometimes coaches are unable to improve their teams when they coach in different leagues. Erik has coached Manchester united and Bayern Leverkusen, but he didn't achieve significant success with either of those teams. However, if he returns to the Eredivisie, there a good chance he could once again lead Ajax to the title. We'll have to wait and see how this rumor develops to see if it turns out to be true or if management decides not to recruit him back.

Maybe that is where he meets standard, since he was sacked from major clubs and unable to compete for major trophies.

Erik ten Hag has won six major trophies with Ajax, three times has he won the Eredivisie League, KNVB twice and consecutively, and Dutch Super Cup one time.

It is reasonable for the club to give him second trial despite recent results with the clubs he managed, maybe he can recreate what he did for the club once again.

Napoli have a hold on Scott Mctominay and won't release him despite the fee issue out for him. He's a presentable attacking midfielder, he scores bangers for the club and he's a prominent player for Napoli.

Liverpool fans shouldn't have done this because in football, things like this are normal and happen often. Alexander-Arnold actually performed well in that match, as I saw him play quite well, even though the pressure was real. Sometimes fans overreact when a player leaves, and this kind of thing happens all the time in football, although we saw fans reacting because they were disappointed with Alexander-Arnold's decision to leave for Real Madrid. This is a good win for Liverpool after experiencing some undesirable circumstances, and they are starting to show signs of change and are getting back on track.
I can fully understand the fans, it's normal. I mean these are just people who are using their freedom of speech by basically booing the player that left their team for no money and didn't sign with them. I would understand being sold, if he wanted to leave, then he could be sold and that would make money for Liverpool at least.

But what Trent did, which is legal and all allowed, just would piss off fans, which was just do not sign a contract and leave for free, probably made a bank with sing bonus. That is not nice for the fans, doesn't mean nobody should do it, if players wants to do it then they can, but that doesn't mean fans will be happy about it and they reserve their right to boo the player if they want to.

Real Madrid has written off Vini Jr.. They are considering selling him next summer. Vini reacts angrily to Xabi Alonso when he is substituted. The disagreement between the two is very clear. This has happened many times before.

Was it a knee-jerk reaction when he was replaced because he didn't want to? Did Vini and Xabi's relationship improve after that? Don't let them fall out further it will affect the team.

But Real Madrid selling him is not sure from my own opinion because Vini is an important Real Madrid player and even if he is sold, he is ready to accommodate because he is expensive especially with his clause.

Maybe this is just a rumor that is raised by the media for popularity.

The hypocrisy in fans is the fact that you people are so obsessed about Manchester United that once they sell off a player and the player gets to have good games or get better in the other league it is all about Manchester United making the wrong decisions, some of these players are doing excellently in their current club not that when they were sold they were tagged bad players but simply because it wasn’t working for them at Manchester United or would it have been better off if they had stayed?

But what Trent did, which is legal and all allowed, just would piss off fans, which was just do not sign a contract and leave for free, probably made a bank with sing bonus. That is not nice for the fans, doesn't mean nobody should do it, if players wants to do it then they can, but that doesn't mean fans will be happy about it and they reserve their right to boo the player if they want to.

I definitely know he was going to get booed because the nature he left the club hasn’t still sit well with the club fans they felt disrespected that he had gone to agree deal with another club before announcing his departure meaning he didn’t have them in his heart from onsets. The hypocrisy is that Isak pull same or worse stunt to come to this same Liverpool who is booing other players after leaving their club
