It's difficult to replace managers that have done great things for these big club's, and in this era I don't think we have any that would match up to them & have an immediate impact for people to celebrate about...
AFAIK fans and owners of the club need to exercise more patience to grow a new team from the ground up because we shall not be seeing a situation of a new manager and team starts to win immediately, these things take time! All the best Alonso

I think he will really think twice next time like you said, Xabi Alonso when he was brought in to succeed Carlo Ancelotti in real Madrid I believe he must have had high hopes and expectations but he  was really caught short of his expectations.  Although his tenure met with ups and down but then the struggle become overwhelming, the fact that some players like the likes of vinicious Jr and the rest were not in right standing with him tells a lot about his leadership of the team.
I know for sure that his records with Bayern leverkusen is very impressive and outstanding but he couldn't keep that up with real Madrid sad enough.

Except you wanna tell me that the players never liked him because ordinarily every player no matter how important you might be to the team the instructions of the club's manager ought to be obeyed  and his tactics followed because there's no way anyone wanna tell me Xabi was without a plan for the team. Any player can be substituted at any time of a game base on the coach discretion and that player doesn't have to be arrogant to the coach for his actions because everything that happens always first goes to the coach before anyone else

His decision shows that he's an amateur coach and cannot manage the team to achieve success. How will you leave the most valuable and important players that make the team  to be feared by their opponents at home. I think Alvaro is a joker and an unserious coach.

If I was in his shoes, I will use all the senior players in that game irrespective of the competition and the club they're playing with. He has lost his respect in the eyes of the players because they wouldn't respect a coach that cannot add valuable impact to their performance.

Now I understand why Luis Enrique said he was very happy Kylian Mbappe left PSG. He made a statement about the team, always looking out for him to score, reducing the chances of them playing as a team, rather they play to feed only one man the ball. I heard this news yesterday, but some friends told me that Kante might suffer a bit of a loss after Fenerbahce asked to expedite the transfer. I then thought it made sense, as Fenerbahce might want to use the player quickly to help compete with Galatasaray. Kante still has great skills, and Fenerbahce really needs a player like him. What is your obsession with Alexander Isak, I don't understand why you are calling Isak a rat. Isak is not a rat and it's not his fault that he find himself in his current predicament (injured and out season) Give the young man a break and let him come back stronger next season and prove his worth to the club. Isak is not the only high profile signings in the premier league last summer that is not doing well in the premier league. We have flop like Viktor Gyokeres of Arsenal who is playing football regularly but can't do anything. Judging by the minutes both players has played in the premier league this season, I will say Gyokeres of Arsenal is the big disappointment. Isak will prove himself next season and I don't think Liverpool will get rid of him so fast.

I do agree that things could be very bad for Arda Guler if he doesn't get more minutes. There is no logic in getting a young player and then putting him on bench and let him rot his career. If they really knew how to handle young players, they would have sent him away like Nico Paz, just send him, put a buy back clause, like sell him for example for 20-30 million, but put a 50 million clause, and see what happens. As a Fenerbahce fan, I consider this signing to be very good. Currently, Fenerbahce has been playing very well, and with this new signing, I believe the squad will be even stronger. We need more good signings like this to be able to fight for the title this season, and if we don't manage to win the league this season, then it will have to wait until next season. We just need luck this season if we want to win the title; we would have to pray that Galatasaray loses points while Fenerbahce gains points.

As reported, N'Golo Kante has reached an agreement with Fenerbahce and now waiting for a decision from Al Ittihad. The question is whether Kante will move in this transfer window or wait until the end of the season? Kante still has 6 months left on his contract meaning Al Ittihad will pay around 12 Million for his salary well if they release him this month then it will reduce the salary burden + there is a possibility of income from transfer fee. When you said Isak is a scammer that got my attention and I have to indulge myself to your statement, Isak isn’t a scammer, well I would have to think that you’ve not watched Isak play football, it’s been very difficult for Isak struggling with fitness since he came to Liverpool, Unfortunately for him he was getting back to complete fitness, he got injured again which was very devastating for him, do you think players are happy when they get injured and aren’t playing ? I personally think he did the right thing though. Technically they were playing against 2nd division team and not to mention that Albacete is currently on lower part of the table, they are close to relegation. Aside from that the whole team value on Real Madrid's bench are better than Albacete's main lineup so yeah Arbeloa probably rested most of the players because he wants a good start on his next Laliga round but that backfired onto him instead
