That's weird. I've seen plenty of Chelsea fans in my country (not England), who dislike Maresca and they keep telling me that he is a mediocre manager. One of them called Maresca "a tactical genius" in a rather sarcastic way. Maresca won the Conference League, where all the teams were pretty weak in comparison to Chelsea. He won against PSG, which was impressive, but it seemed to me that PSG wasn't that motivated to win that trophy. I do believe that sacking Maresca right now is the best move for Chelsea. Maresca is just another fake Pep Guardiola. He claims he has tactics, yet he has no results to prove it, even with the quality of players he has.
TBH, a lot of Chelsea fans do not know football very well, they only love the colour "blue". Because I dont see anyone who, in their right mind, will sack a coach at this point, where finding a replacement is very hard. At the same time, the club has important games coming up. If you look deep into the reason why he was sacked, it wasnt something that should have happened so soon.

I don't particularly appreciate Maresca but last season he did everything he was supposed to do: reaching a Champions League spot and also winning the Conference League. Overall Omar Marmoush just playing 200 minutes for Manchester City in this season of 10 matches played in Premier League and so far only play twice as regular or starting players. Its difficult acceptable for Omar Marmoush playing quite well with his previous teams at Bundesliga and consistent scoring goals every domestic league matches. Good ideas accepting offer from Aston Villa with current position as the big four of premier league teams and participants at Europe League for this season.

I believe his potential easily adapting well with the new tactician under Unai Emery and actually will get more minutes playing than keep stay with Manchester City, moving Doku to the bench looks difficult for Omar Marmoush and better leave Manchester City for accepting offer from Aston Villa at January window transfer.

Rejecting offers from a team after losing Consistency in a team is one mistake some players do at times, a player may be very good in his previous team but run out of favour after moving for another option maybe because of playing tactics or other related reasons which i know the only solution is to move for restoration that i see as the best option for all. For example, when rashfold ran out of favour in Manchester united he voluntarily requested for a move to Barcelona which his light was later restored, now he is a valuable asset so i think rejecting transfer request because he believes he can get back to fitness is the worst mistake he will ever make

It's great to have the Germany international back to the English Premier League and to the club that he's made over 200 appearances for. Well, if they're still able to do that, then Marmoush  is a good player who can do just the same with Aston Villa,  with the way he's being dropped the past few weeks, I honestly think he is that player Pep Guardiola has hinted to have added a whole lotta weight. Aston Villa are pushing to finishing this season strong and also winning the Europa League Competition, I hope to see them get the right players who can help spur them towards their set goals.

I don’t think Guardiola would want to let Marmoush go to another team, especially when it’s Aston Villa, who are currently rival of City. Guardiola once had a very good striker who also didn’t get much playing time. I’m talking about Álvarez, who left for Atletico and is now one of the team’s best forwards. City need quality strikers in any case, they have many forwards, and not everyone can get enough playing time, so some will inevitably sit on the bench. Cancelo played for Inter back in 2017, that is 9 years ago, a lot of things can change during 9 years. As I said, I don't know what his problem is but since during these 9 years he played for Inter and also other 5 teams, I don't know, there must be something going on at this point. It's not usual for a player to change so many teams in such short amount of time.
