Real Madrid thought that the young coaches can do it better than the old experience ones but it's clear to them now that an experience coach is the key to success in a big club like Real Madrid. Of course, Ancelotti is far better than Allegri when it comes to Real Madrid football pattern and the worst thing Real Madrid did to themselves was to fire Ancelotti just like that.

The problem is knowing how to handle pressure and control the dressing room which is what most of these new coaches lack especially when they handle clubs with lots of high profiled players like Real Madrid, that's more reason why Xabi Alonso succeeded at Bayer Leverkusen but found it tough to cope at Real Madrid. Allegri is an experienced coach and would definitely handle the situation properly and bring back that winning mentality in the players.
The reason why Xabi failed wasn't pressure, nor was it lack of experience. It was the fact that Xabi wanted more and more out of players who thought they are already the best. When you have a culture misfit then you are not going to get the best out of anyone involved.

I have said this before and I will say it again, Real Madrid will miss their old great days for many years as long as they keep thinking they are the best and only thing they need is a proper manager. That's not what they need at all.

I think everyone involved in football around the world now knows that Real Madrid needs a good manager. Despite this, the manager they brought in was inexperienced, and they are now suffering the consequences. They will probably bring in a manager who will make a splash next year. Because they must have realized that managing young managers can be an adventure. It would be more appropriate for them to bring in an experienced manager with a track record of success in the Champions League.

The manager should learn how to maximize the potential of world-class players. These players need special skills to manage because they always want to have their way based on their status. Carlo Ancelotti and his son Davide Ancelotti understood that if you want to get the best from these players, you should be willing to accept their excesses.

Xabi Alonso was young and wanted to apply the same style he used in Bayer Leverkusen in Real Madrid. It didn't work because Real have great players who cannot be totally controlled. Xabi's inability to handle the situation led to factions in the club. Those who wanted him to leave and others who supported him to stay.

That's why they shouldn't try any younger coach again, they might be doing well currently but they won't know how to manage the players like an experience coach would, Real Madrid needs someone that would command respect and put those top players in order when their ego steps in, that's more reason why Alonso didn't succeed in the club, he was good but not well respected by his players

For now the both coaches I've heard could take over, fit for the job especially Jurgen Klopp. He's someone that would handle the job properly and make them scary again by bringing back that consistent winning mentality.

I think you're right the players have more ego and power than the managers that's why it's very difficult for a younger manager to manage them. Kylian Mbappe and Vinicius particularly are the ones giving the coaches tough time, they don't have respect and that was what made it difficult for Xabi Alonso to manage them and it lead to his sacking.

I believe it will be different with a more experienced coach. Someone that can handle the dressing room properly and take charge as a coach that way Mbappe and Vinicius won't be able to disrespect him.
It's very difficult to coach Real Madrid because their squad is filled with star players. Xabi Alonso's tactical system is actually very well suited to implementing it at Real Madrid, but his inability to control the dressing room makes it difficult for him. Star players do have big egos, and it takes a coach who can handle them. It's not just Mbappé and Vinicius who have big egos; almost all Real Madrid players have egos because the squad is filled with so many star players. With the squad Real Madrid has, it's very difficult to find a coach who can handle the players' egos.

He has already been rumoured for a possible transfer out this summer. If the source is telling the truth about his being unhappy then Tottenham won't have much choice other than letting him go.

They aren't having a good season in the first place. They are even likely to relegate from the Premier League you know. In this situation, not only him but also other good players in the team would like to leave.
If Tottenham are relegated, they will lose their star players because it is difficult for a relegated team to retain their main players. This rumor seems to be true because of how frustrated Micky van de Ven and several other players are seeing Tottenham's situation because the team's performance has not improved even though they have fired the coach. The unhappiness of Micky van de Ven and several other players has actually been visible since the beginning of the season when Tottenham hired Thomas Frank as coach because the tactics implemented were not liked by Tottenham players, which is why Tottenham's performance was so bad under Thomas Frank which led to his dismissal.

Tottenham Hotspur has unique release clause for all players payment salary, if the club relegated to Championship next season all players must reduce their salary up to 50% and I think several star players has decision for leaving the club. Micky van de Ven is the star players and get regular position at Netherland national teams and easily for him find new club, but Tottenham Hotspur will sell him with higher fees transfer regarding his potential.
All players unhappy right now because current performance of Tottenham Hotspur still poor and possibility will relegate to Championship, regarding the clause release all player automatically get salary reduce 50% if this season Spur have played at Championship division.

Players don't like moving to a club that isn't participating in European competitions talk more, of a club that's going on relegation. The star players will definitely move to a new club that has interest in them. Mickey Van de ven is a good player and you see that big clubs like Liverpool and Barcelona are showing interest in him. Personally, if I was in his shoes even if Tottenham didn't go on relegation, I will leave for a better club with bigger offer.

The probability that Tottenham will be relegated is around 35%, which is quite far from the “likely” level, but is already a significant amount. I think there's a systemic risk here—probably the contracts stipulate that the club must remain at a certain level for the contract to remain valid. For example, if management is caught doing something that leads to Tottenham being relegated to the fifth tier, it's unlikely the players will remain obligated to fulfill their current contracts. It seems to me that such consequences could occur even with relegation to the Championship.

One of the greatest English technical players of the last 20 years has returned to train with the team that brought him glory.
Dele Alli has been training with Spurs again for a few days now, but it's certainly not to secure a contract with them. There is talk of a return to Milton Keynes Dons, who are now in Football League Two with grat possibility of promotion in League One fo the next year.
We'll see, but it's hard to understand what could have happened to a player like him. Go Dele Go!!

Well, for me the problem wasn't this that Xabi Alonso was inexperienced or he is using the ordinary team tactics or blah blah. Despite the problem that caused a failure for Xabi Alonso is the player. He didn't have his own choice player like in squads he didn't have many players who can understand his tactics and implement it on themselves on the ground, and I think it is the reason why he failed at Real Madrid, although he had very good attacking player but still couldn't find any good root and even Arbeloa is also feeling the same effort....

Xabi Alonso already told to the staff that he need few signing but the staff didn't heard him and forced him to used the current squad depth. Angelotti departure was also happened due to lack of signing. So now if Real Madrid really need to rescue his team then probably signing will be obligatory otherwise it will also be the same as Barcelona.

Dele Alli once shone with Tottenham, but his journey wasn't easy and his name has been forgotten and I'm sure not many people are even listening to him now. Returning to the club that made his name is certainly a huge motivation for him, even though his return isn't part of Tottenham's grand plans for next season. If Milton Keynes Dons are promoted to League One next year perhaps using a player like him could be a boon to the team, given his proven experience.

This is still speculation, but the direction of the discussion might be a little more serious because I saw in some online media that he has big plans for next season and maybe if this is realized and Milton Keynes Dons is promoted to League One next year, then we will see Dele Alli again become part of the important players there, hopefully that can happen so that Dele Alli gets the chance to play there.

The unhappiness of Micky van de Ven and several other players has actually been visible since the beginning of the season when Tottenham hired Thomas Frank as coach because the tactics implemented were not liked by Tottenham players, which is why Tottenham's performance was so bad under Thomas Frank which led to his dismissal.
i genuinely do not see van de ven as a star player i don't even understand why he is highly rated he is just a player with pace poor in tackles, easily beaten by attackers, not that great in the air, lacks composure etc.

After Tottenham, he had many opportunities at Beşiktaş, Everton, and Como, but failed to capitalize on any of them. I witnessed him let football down during his time at Beşiktaş. At one point, he claimed to be injured and went to England. Then photos surfaced in the media suggesting he was partying. In my opinion, his career was already over, but due to his time at Tottenham, he got many important opportunities, but still failed to capitalize on any of them...

I understand that a coach like Allegri of course doesn't really warm up the fans but Real Madrid are in a very complicated moment because the team is not well built. They need a pragmatic manager, right now Real Madrid fans can't thing about joga bonito while the players are not good enough. I don't want to say the team completely needs to be rebuilt but many of their last signings were just wrong, they chose to bet to much on young players but you can't replace players like Casemiro, Kroos and Modric with Camavinga and Arda Guler, you also need someone who is ready now, not in 3-4 years. Well, actually you can, but you can't pretend and/or expect to win immediately at that point, you must understand that you'll probably have some seasons with no titles at all at that point.
Allegri is very good when it comes to rebuild teams and he usually works with whatever players he has available, he doesn't really make any requests. Real Madrid already hired Mourinho in the past, Allegri is the same type of manager at the end, it wouldn't be anything new.
There is no way to call Allegri a bad coach. He is quite experienced. But I agree with you that Real Madrid's squad needs big changes.
I never said Allegri is a bad coach, what I said is that his style is basically the opposite of what a Real Madrid fan would expect to see from the team. Allegri's team are based on a strong and solid defense, he aims to win 1-0 or 2-1, he doesn't care about playing well or entertaining the fans, it's all about the result. Just like Mourinho and Simeone.
At this point I think Real Madrid management doesn't care about Real Madrid playing well or for their fans to be entertained, they care about winning their matches so that they could start winning trophies again. So if Allegri could get good results for Real Madrid when he becomes the next Real Madrid head coach, I think Allegri should be made Real Madrid head coach.

I never expected this kind of rumor to come. Elliot Anderson is rumoring saying he's keen to join in City. If it's true, i think City shall pick him up. I have feeling City may lose Bernardo or Rodri this summer. So he's gonna be a solid transfer for sure.

I aware Forest rated him as important player, but since he's not keen anymore to stay there. I guess Forest can do nothing if he request his club to leave. The only problem is his value. He's being valued 90m. It sounds too pricey for a player at his calibre. However, it can be cheaper when Forest relegated, and it's very possible to meet such condition. It seems City takes everyone to their squad soon.

Elliot Anderson is a good player. You’re right about the possibility of the price going down when Nottingham Forest get relegated but what happens when he starts for England in the World Cup. Tbh I think Manchester City will be more than happy to pay 100m to sign him. Some say Anderson will be the replacement for either Rodri or Bernardo if they leave the club next season. He’s also been linked to Manchester United but I guess he wants a team where he can win trophies.
I don't think it will make any different. If his club will be relegated. There will be a financial adjustment to his club. So his club has to sell some players in order to comply with the PSR regulation. So City can still acquire him for cheap if such scenario is gonna happen.

It's obvious Bernado leaves, and City has to sign someone to be his replacement for long term. So the only best solution is targeting him with the hope his club will be relegated.

but the problem is it's not just Manchester City who are eyeing this player, as we know Chelsea and Bayern Munich are on the list meaning even if Nottingham is relegated Manchester City must have an offer to sign him. Currently Elliot Anderson's market value is around 60 Million and anyone who is willing to pay 90 million I think will get it easily, of the 3 clubs, only Chelsea usually doesn't hesitate to spend that much money. Many people think the price is too expensive but we have to know that he is 23 years old which means long term investment, since 2024 the market value of this player has increased by more than 200% .

With the way Tottenham are performing this season I am not surprised that Micky Van de Ven or any other Spurs player for that matter would want to leave the club. What player with any quality would want to play in the championship? Only a miracle in blue can keep Tottenham in the premier league, and possibly help them retain their best players.

So if Allegri could get good results for Real Madrid when he becomes the next Real Madrid head coach, I think Allegri should be made Real Madrid head coach.
Real Madrid put themselves in a difficult situation. Florentino Perez chose to start playing Football Manager in real life, with the most important club in the world, and probably the club with the most pressure because the fans are incredibly exigent. Even too much if you ask me. Allegri is a manager that goes straight to the point, he doesn't play around, he is simply practical in a world where every manager wants to feel unique, coming up with weird ideas while making football unnecessarily complicated. Allegri is exactly the opposite of all this. Does he fit the role of the traditional Real Madrid manager? As I said, absolutely not. Is he the type of manager Real Madrid needs? Probably yes.

I respect Allegri, but Real Madrid might have better options. Perhaps they should talk to Jurgen Klopp. If it comes to Real Madrid, I'm sure he might want to return to coaching. He's been resting for two years now, I think. Maybe it's the perfect time for him to manage a team again. Of course, the decision will be made by President Florentino Perez, but he needs to think carefully about this decision in order for Real Madrid to return to its best form.
