I think you're right the players have more ego and power than the managers that's why it's very difficult for a younger manager to manage them. Kylian Mbappe and Vinicius particularly are the ones giving the coaches tough time, they don't have respect and that was what made it difficult for Xabi Alonso to manage them and it lead to his sacking.

I believe it will be different with a more experienced coach. Someone that can handle the dressing room properly and take charge as a coach that way Mbappe and Vinicius won't be able to disrespect him.
It's very difficult to coach Real Madrid because their squad is filled with star players. Xabi Alonso's tactical system is actually very well suited to implementing it at Real Madrid, but his inability to control the dressing room makes it difficult for him. Star players do have big egos, and it takes a coach who can handle them. It's not just Mbappé and Vinicius who have big egos; almost all Real Madrid players have egos because the squad is filled with so many star players. With the squad Real Madrid has, it's very difficult to find a coach who can handle the players' egos.
Bigger name players require either of two things. Either you could be young but have achieved more than them when you are playing, so more titles, more stats, basically you were a superstar, lets assume Ronaldo becoming a manager after he retires, something like that would work. Xabi could have worked, not that he was bad, but he wasn't as great as someone who is like Mbappe or Vini, close but those two could do better by their end.

OR it could be an older manager, usually older, doesn't have to be, who has won a lot as a manager both overall in his career but also recently. Like Mourinho wouldn't work, because while he had a great career, he won nothing substantial in the past 5-10 years nearly, he has been bad for a while, last I remember anything good was Europa with United I guess. So Ancelotti worked, because he had both a good career but also recent success.

I agree with you on this that jurgen klopp is more of a better option than allegri, and he should be the kind of manager real madrid should be going for because he has proven to be capable in leading his team to compete at the highest level, like when he was at borussia dortmund and at Liverpool, so I trust him go do a very good job at real madrid, but one thing I know that would happen if he eventually makes the move to real madrid is that, he will sell off most of the controversial players that might be a problem to him later in the future at the club.
Klopp is currently a top priority on the list of options for Real Madrid, big bull seem to have some loopholes going on there, and Klopp as a director of sport now have the opportunity to work somewhere else, and Madrid is a great fit for the coach. As for selling off players if he assumes the office, he has to do things his own ways, what matters to the management is winning.
Real Madrid has been eyeing Jurgen Klopp since last season, but the problem is that Jurgen Klopp is not interested in returning to coaching because he wants to take a break and on several occasions when interviewed by several media, Jurgen Klopp revealed that he is not interested in becoming a coach, especially seeing Real Madrid's treatment of Xabi Alonso which Jurgen Klopp thinks should not have happened.

Klopp must have gotten over this exhausting atmosphere. He's probably enjoying his retirement now. Real Madrid needs a better and more experienced manager now. Perhaps their biggest mistake was sacking Carlo Ancelotti.

I respect Allegri, but Real Madrid might have better options. Perhaps they should talk to Jurgen Klopp. If it comes to Real Madrid, I'm sure he might want to return to coaching. He's been resting for two years now, I think. Maybe it's the perfect time for him to manage a team again. Of course, the decision will be made by President Florentino Perez, but he needs to think carefully about this decision in order for Real Madrid to return to its best form.

Additionally, I think that the hierarchy of real madrid needs to do some convincing before he might agree to this move because I don't really think he would be that interested in coming back to management of football right now.

Allegri's playing style is appropriate for Real Madrid, who refuse to sell certain strikers. Therefore, the only option the new coach will have is to strengthen the defense and pray that the team scores a goal or goals and that Barcelona doesn't win their games. Allegri is better at this; he manages to focus intensely on defense. Just look at Milan, who had major defensive problems, and things improved for them with Allegri's arrival.

As for Jürgen Klopp, I honestly doubt he'll accept being Real Madrid's coach because he's not the type of coach who accepts being subordinate to a player. With Jürgen Klopp, Vinicius Jr. or Mbappé could be on the bench; he doesn't have favorite players. So I doubt he'll accept.

Hey man, Jurgen Klopp at Real Madrid would be fantastic.
His style of play and his gegenpressing would be ideal for the technical and physical characteristics of Real Madrid's players. They are very fast in attack and would be able to immediately attack the defence and the goalkeeper, the centre-backs are very technical and good with feets to create game, the midfield is fabulous and the wingers create numerical superiority.
We'll see how it goes, but it would be a wonderful story.

The way you said everything makes it looks very easy and smooth, but the reality is that he will be needing enough time to implement his style of play, if he eventually makes this move to real madrid.

The gegenpressing you are talking about is a system where all the teams members must be committed to work and press from the front, no players should be questioning the manager on how the system is very difficult to follow through, that is why I think that most of their key attacking players might be sold if they refuses to work hard from the front, as the system demands.
And for all these to be implemented, the hierarchy of real madrid needs to support jurgen klopp whole heartedly, if not, it's not going to work out as expected.

Nothing is impossible in football and it's possible that Jurgen Klopp will be an important part of Real Madrid, even though he said he doesn't plan to coach Real Madrid because he wants to rest. Real Madrid's performance this season is anything but a top-tier team and I'm sure the management will try everything they can to get the team back to its best, given the financial resources Real Madrid has. Ancelotti's departure has weakened Real Madrid considerably and they seem to have lost the way they play football that defines a top team and this is truly beyond our expectations.

Jurgen klopp is expected to be a success at Real Madrid because he is a coach that can compete against any team in the world, as long as his team has the financial resources to get him his types of players, but I doubt if he will make this move because he would not want to get disrespected by players at Real Madrid that feels like they are too big to be taking instructions from their coach, but as you have said already, anything is possible.

Van de Ven definitely will leave, he is so unhappy that I think his morale and psychology is getting impacted as well. Like that last foul was not an okay one, he should know better and should be doing better and at this point being a great player and still playing at a team that would have relegated if it wasn't for you is not good for his mentality either.

I think he should move toa great team, and the best I can think of would be Liverpool, so that he could replace Virgil Van Dijk next season.
Van de Ven is no longer happy at Tottenham and it's time for him to move to a bigger team to advance his career. I actually want Van de Ven to play at Liverpool and partner Virgil Van Dijk. This formidable center-back partnership would strengthen Liverpool's defense. Liverpool really want Van de Ven as a replacement for Ibrahima Konaté, who is reportedly being sold by Liverpool.

In the end, Jurgen Klopp true identity lies on the football pitch. He must consider Real Madrid offer and prove himself worthy of returning as a manager. A club as big as Real Madrid needs a coach who knows how to manage a dressing room, not one who gives them complete freedom without discipline. Jurgen Klopp can do that as long as he is given the freedom to fulfill his needs, both in terms of player recruitment and control within the dressing room.

Klopp is not easy either, players who refuse to stick to his orders or rules would watch him win without their contributions in the pitch. From popular opinions Klopp is ready to take offers despite his last decisions about not coaching again, the dispute at red bull opened a new chance for him to go into coaching again and Madrid is a club that'll give him the quality he wants, also it's not a premier league team, where Klopp wouldn't wish to coach anymore.

And I assume this is the point where the dream of seeing Messi back in the La Liga just shatters... I really wanted to see him one last time at Barcelona before his retirement. Like a jubilee you know.  Smiley  It says 2023, I know.

But their finances are in such a bad condition now also that they can't afford him. This is all because of their splurging on players without thinking of the future back then. Now they can't even offer much of a transfer fee for a solid player.

I think players like Kudus, Richarlison, Kuluvseski are too good to be dragged to relegation with Tottenham if that happens. Even if Tottenham get relegated, they will receive offers from clubs who will see them as options to have in their team. If Tottenham get relegated from the league, it will be a huge record because they have never been relegated from the Premier League. The new coach has not started well, but if they can get their feet down and end their bad run this new year, they can gain crucial points to keep them in the league.

Then we should stop debating whether he should come to the team or not. It seems unlikely he will return to Real Madrid, or any European team for that matter. Klopp must have gotten over this exhausting atmosphere. He's probably enjoying his retirement now. Real Madrid needs a better and more experienced manager now. Perhaps their biggest mistake was sacking Carlo Ancelotti.
There are many rumors linking Klopp to Real Madrid, but I agree that he's not fully committed to a coaching return. While it's certainly possible in the future, Real Madrid will likely take the easier route of hiring an available manager, and in this situation, Allegri is on their radar. Remember, Real Madrid isn't the type of club that likes to wait around for either a manager or a player. If an opportunity or offer is rejected, Madrid will ignore it.

Many Spurs players will consider themselves too big to play for the Championship. Many of them will be willing to take a pay cut rather than remain at Spurs. In the case of Micky van de Ven, he would certainly leave the club. He has attracted the attention of top clubs, including Spanish giants Barcelona and Real Madrid. Igor Tudor's time in the club has been a disaster, but he still has more games to avoid relegation.

I don't believe Real Madrid will make a managerial change right now. Because they have a match against Manchester City, and if they get eliminated there, only the league will remain. I don't think they'll change managers for the rest of the season. We might see a managerial change towards the end of the league. If Jurgen Klopp were to come here, I think he would do a fantastic job.

It still doesn't change anything by the way. As the saying goes, you don't look for cutlass and hoes the day you want to go to farm. Let's not act like Real Madrid didn't know the condition of the team, they know everything better than what we see the players acting on the field but they want to manage now. Let's not be surprised if they are broke on the inside because no club will see the condition of the team this way and not act quickly to drop new players.

Take a look at when Vinicious asked for salary increment, they shun him, they gave out many players as loan to mitigate the weekly wages and salaries, they have not plaster millions that makes any headline, even Mbape was bought in as free agent, many signs were there that this club is not serious but all act like it's normal. They don't have the money and that's the only thing stopping them from getting players and there is no trophy to make new sales.

We also need to look at the resources available to Allegri. If he was given a low budget and a limited squad at Milan, we can't expect miracles from him. However, if he mobilizes resources at Real Madrid, perhaps he can demonstrate his management skills better; we can't know for sure. Nevertheless, I think there could be better options. Still, I believe the Italian coach should remain a good alternative among the options available.
It is projected that Real Madrid will generate about €1.248 billion this season. It was projected that Inter Milan might earn about €538 million per season. This might be why they can afford to buy the most expensive players in the world. Coaches no doubt perform better when the club gives them the players they need. So you agree that Allegri might do better if he is in a club that can afford all the players he needs to be successful.
