José Mourinho is the special one, he has accomplished major trophies in the past and manage elite teams in Europe. He has experience and he's able to enchanced a club without having to bother about the weakness of that club. José Mourinho is HIM when it comes to managerial roles, he carries out his role perfectly but can we vouch for him currently?

Not really special with Jose mourinho right now after many time failure with last previous club, in this season with Benfica I don't think has good achievement can't winning the domestic league tittle. I don't feel suprised that several names are linked to Real Madrid especially now that they're searching for permanent manager. Was it just a rumor so far or didn't Zidane already confirm that he will be coaching France? As far as I understand it, it is said that there is at least a clear verbal agreement that he will take over after the World Cup. I don't think he will return to be a club coach ever again. I am sure he likes his life and the truth is that national coaches have far less work to do. His salary will be good either way and now he can choose between a stressful life or a rather chilled life.

Real Madrid is no ordinary team. For centuries, their management has been very disciplined. For the last two years, they've been far from disciplined and haven't been winning trophies. The president needs to bring in a better, more disciplined manager. Above all, the coach who comes to Real Madrid needs to be someone with a strong career. It would actually be nice if Mourinho returns back to Real Madrid, he is definitely capable of sorting out the team better and with him I am sure they will be able to compete better in top competitions and challenge Barcelona properly in the La Liga. But I doubt if the board will want that. Mourinho has had great time with Madrid in the past and sure it will nice to have him back again.

Mourinho joining Newcastle is very possible, it just a matter of contract and agreement and if they both come to an agreement then it's possible. Personally I am really excited about this rumour and i think it would be nice to have Mourinho back to the EPL. Newcastle played in the champions league this season so a champions league football shouldn't be a problem with the right coach because the have good players already.

Actually, it’s not that dramatic when it comes to Vinicius after all, no player is bigger than the club. You’re forgetting one thing from the past even Ronaldo left once, and Madrid didn’t keep him even though he was still at the peak of his career. If the situation were like Real Madrid's, any coach would find it difficult to make changes because the players' egos are so high and even Ancelotti himself understands how difficult it is to manage Real Madrid players. Jurgen Klopp is the type of coach who is able to make changes to the team he manages, but it takes time for everything to work well. Just like at Liverpool, his first season wasn't easy, but Liverpool's management gave him enough time to make changes. The question is whether Real Madrid is willing to give Jurgen Klopp time as Real Madrid typically wants quick success, regardless of the circumstances.

So, Real are starting to look for a replacement for Arbeloa. And now I’m already reading in the news that Perez is considering four candidates for the position of Real’s head coach. Among them are the expected Klopp, Zidane, Deschamps, and Pochettino. And from this list, I think Zidane can be ruled out right away, because he has long been preparing to take over the France national team after the World Cup.

As for Deschamps, I think his chances are much higher, since after the World Cup he will be without a job. As for Pochettino, I know that Perez has liked him since his time at Tottenham, but right now Pochettino is managing the US national team. He by the way could also leave after the World Cup, but here everything is a bit more complicated, and I’m not yet sure how good Pochettino could be for Real.

So I think Klopp remains the best option for Real.
