They're wasting their time cause Bruno is not leaving Manchester United yet, not when they might be in the Champions League next season, well there's no harm in trying to lure him out of Manchester United but I don't think they have plans of selling Bruno and even if it was left for him to decide he'll still choose to stay.
 He's a fan of Manchester United and would still be interested in leading the team as captain, another reason why I think Manchester United is not selling him yet is cause they can't lose all their top midfielders in one season not even their talisman.

I really struggle to understand where Galatasaray manage to find all this money to sign players like Osimhen, Sané, Sallai, etc. Turkey has huge inflation and isn’t exactly a wealthy country, yet they and Fenerbahçe still manage to sign players of a certain calibre. Bringing Bruno to Galatasaray isn't a bad idea. His contribution would certainly be crucial for Galatasaray, my one concern is, won't this disrupt the club finances? They already have several players with high salaries. Furthermore, as far as I know, they haven't paid off their debt to Napoli for the purchase of Osimhen. I think the wisest course of action is to wait for Bruno contract to expire.

It's really bad that for a club of their standards, they lack the impatience to deal with coaches. Its now even looking like they don't tolerate any slight ounce of failure because I don't understand how a coach will bring you trophies and the moment he doesn't deliver, all his efforts go down the drain with no room for improvement. With all this perfection they seek, it's hard for any manager to try something different.

C'mon man, this is purely speculations. We can see the handwriting on the wall already.

Even if the offer increases, Manchester United and not the player would want to see themselves path ways. Bruno Fernandes is solely committed to Manchester United, the only club offer I think he wouldn't resist would be that of Real Madrid and Bayern Munich. I think we should count this as another problem for Chelsea, they always want more winning winning, yes every club want to make the headline for good but Chelsea issues start from the current owners, they are not doing a good job. Is not by buying players here and there, they should make good research before anything and whosoever is getting players is not doing well. When Michael Emenalo was with the club he did well by getting some good players to the club like Hazard, Kante and KDB, some other players too but after he left in 2017 jokers started playing for Chelsea and is like the players of this current Chelsea do play  for the management to change the coach, it could be because the sacked manager doesn't have what it takes to move this Chelsea squad forward.
If we check the coaches on that picture we'd find out that many of these coaches have won titles for the Blues but they still sack maybe because of poor performance in one or two seasons. Is hard to say but there are some persons in the board that need to leave and it also seems like they are playing some crazy politics with the club and we shouldn't be surprised if some good players start looking for the next option to leave the club.

He's a play maker and has been helping the club even in their rough days. Manchester United should extend his contract for another year.
