Didier Deschamps retired from training the French National Football Team and a new coach will be assigned soon. It is obvious that one of the candidates, if not the only right now, is Zinedine Zidane. His main pros is the title he won with Real Madrid. His only cons is the fact that he doesn't train any team for quite long time. It is five years of no football involvement by choice. The second rumour turning is Benzema potential return to the national squad after the dispute between him and Deschamps that made him outside of the calculation of the former manager.
Didier Deschamps Has tried his best for the team, he has made the team look more competitive than they used to be and has won the World Cup for the team once, it’s time to take some rest and allow other coaches to try their best because he couldn’t do well this World Cup and France has the chance to go the final, but they finished fourth because England defeated them and became the third team in the world. Benzema coming back to the team as a player? I don’t think it’s good for him as a player and as a team no because he is old enough to have started his coaching career if he is interested in doing so. Zinedine Zidane is the potential replacement for France, he is good, but I don’t expect any exceptional performance from him also, but the players will put effort to win something for themselves.

It would be amazing if Salah were to transfer to Beşiktaş. The fact that Salah didn’t perform well last season doesn’t change anything. Form is temporary, class is permanent. If he gives it his all, he can single handedly lead Beşiktaş to the championship. If Beşiktaş wants to be among the title contenders in the league, they must sign Salah. Salah can handle any role. Even if he doesn’t make a significant statistical impact in key matches, he still lifts the team. A player who truly understands the game makes a difference on the field with his intelligence and influences the team. Those who ask whether the cost justifies investing in a younger, promising talent may have a point, but it ultimately comes down to a matter of choice.

Congratulations to him. He won the FIFA world cup competition as a player and also as a manager. He is indeed a legendary manager. We have been singing it all rounder like a song, Zidane should and will be the next manager of the France national team. He was also amongst those who won the FIFA world cup in the year 1998. I also have this strong conviction of him being the next to win them the Euros and also the World Cup.

Many European team are also interested in Muhammad Salah even MLS and Saudi Arabia side was also in intense push to sign him but Muhammad Salah is personally in favor of Besiktas like he told to agents that keep negotiate with Turkish giant. I don't know why he pick up Besiktas like Saudia Arabia side was better option for him because in SPL he will play in less tension as well as he is already a arabic native. So it would be too easy for him to adjust himself with a new environment. But he didn't give a perority to the Saudia Arabia side...... However it okay for him to choose Turkish side but still if it is possible then he should need to choose Saudi Arabia side because in SPL he will play in clam mode as well as he will be a friendly environment like he will not bothers to adopt the environment.

Although the national team football is actually totally different from that of club football and I think that he will have a little difficulty especially with the high expectations on this team but let’s not forget that this is Zidane who has managed elite players bigger than the current players that the French national team has. I have looked at this current France team and with their age I think they will all be in contention for the euros in 2028 and that will be zidane first test, France hasn’t done well in this particular tournament for a while now and winning it will be a great start for Zidane because with the current squad that rival countries have they will need to do better

Now is the time for Zinedine Zidane to get in and manage the French team I don't know if they have another manager on their list but if Zinedine Zidane is finally made the manager and he decides to welcome Benzema bask to the team it's a good one for them.

Juventus are past the days when they were ambitious enough to want to compete and be among the strongest teams in Europe. I remember when Ronaldo was in their lineup. Back then, it was more of an attempt to build a team on par with Real Madrid. But that experiment failed, and now I think that if they don't start strengthening their attack and midfield with good, strong players, they'll end up fighting for the Champions League again next season, but certainly not the Scudetto.
It's a fact, things are very much in line with what they are. Juve needs a new team overhaul. I don't know if they also need a new coach, but they need to react and do something with the team. What you say about the comparison with Madrid, yes, you're right, it's a very good analogy. However, Madrid has many more players with unique quality and they always look for the best, perhaps because of their enormous budget.

With what I see now it's clear that this years transfer window is one of the greatest in history as teams don't waste much time before making any deal come to materialisation. Manchester united transfer decisions is a bit scary as they do things people never expected and not only them even other teams. Real Madrid never announced the interest of cucurela for a long time but the deal went through, same to Manchester united in there three concluded deals and are about to get the fourth without announcement

Currently, the focus is on either Saudi Arabian clubs or clubs from the United States. As for European clubs, it seems there are not many interested in signing him because he is no longer young and his performance has begun to decline. We will just wait for the latest news. I am sure there will be clubs that are still willing to accept him outside of Europe. If he is in Saudi Arabia, he will follow Ronaldo and there he can earn a large salary while deciding to retire when he is approaching his 40s. I think his current age is still suitable to play in a league like the Saudi league.
It's a culture with the European clubs not being interested in hiring the services of an aged player and which also it doesn't take much for the current club to discard them immediately their previous contract time elapses. Imho, I kind of have this gut that Salah would rather move to the Saudi pro league than anywhere near MLS in America. The lifestyle in the East and the environment and salary favours him more in the Saudi and he's definitely not gonna think twice to accept when their offer finally drops. In fact, if Liverpool management was smarter, they should have sold Moh Salah last season or in the previous 2 seasons so they could get capital to buy players who have abilities like Salah rather than having to lose him for free. If I'm not mistaken last season one of the Saudi league clubs was interested in recruiting him but Liverpool seemed reluctant to let him go as if they wanted to extend his contract but it turned out that until his contract ended Liverpool did nothing any club from the Saudi League would of course be very happy to be able to get Salah without having to spend money.

So far, Tottenham and Manchester have been the teams that have spent the most money in the transfer market. Tottenham has been the most aggressive so far. They’ve already signed - Sandro Tonali from Newcastle - Mateus Fernandes from West Ham - Jan Paul van Hecke from Brighton
And it looks like that number will continue to grow.
For a team that almost got relegated in the last two Premier League seasons, they are supposed to be aggressive in the transfer market. I'm happy with the few players Robert De Zerbi has added to his team so far, one can now confidently say Tottenham Hotspur will play better next season, even though they don't finish in the top four with all the money they have spent, I see them finishing in a position better than the ones they finished in the 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 Premier League season. Spending money on the transfer windows doesn’t guarantee success in the league (you can ask Chelsea). De Zerbi is trying a build his own team, and building takes time. To be honest, I think Tottenham aren’t going to be fighting relegation battles this season, I’m almost certain that they will find mid-table. And to your point, any position is better than where they finished last season.

I think the coach is bowing out greatly from the France team no matter the outcome of this tournament. Didier Deschamps has made name for himself and he achieved remarkably with the France national team. He won the world cup and played two world cup finals. He's also the longest National team coach for France. I don't consider France's loss to Spain as a bad one because we all saw what Spain is made off. This feeling was because fans have not really understood how good Spain have been until after France's elimination. However, the manner they lost to England was not a good one. The team has the talents but Spain did all they could just as we saw in the final how they played Argentina as a mediocre team. He has served his nation for 14 years and now is time to step aside for Zinedine Zidane. It will be a challenge for Zidane too to keep pushing France ahead. The good thing about France football is replacing him with another French manager and a good one at that. Deschamps deserves every respect from fans across the world and I wish him well in his next endeavours.

I heard the latest news regarding Mo Salah and Besiktas, some sources said there were problems related to salaries and bonuses so there is no further discussion. Other options are also available Pro Saudi League, MLS or even other clubs from the Turkish League well, we are still waiting for further news which should happen in the next few weeks especially after the World Cup ends, the next focus will be on the transfer window. Do you think Mohamed Salah deserves a salary of 12-15 million per season? I'm talking about clubs in Europe excluding Saudi Pro, who is willing to pay any amount.

Agreed. Signing a lot of players doesn't guarantees anything, and as a matter of fact it disrupt the rhythm of the team, but in the case of this Tottenham Hotspur team, they have nothing to preserve, so a total rebuild is greatly needed, that's why they are going on a signing spree. They are going to be competitive under De zerbi when they have blended with each other, but the fans and the hierarchy of Tottenham Hotspur needs to be patient with De zerbi's project because all coaches needs a lot of time to work, in other for his player to implement his playing pattern on the field of play.

Mohammed Salah is still up to the standard to play for some big clubs in Europe. And I am sure that some clubs will like to bring him. But the problem will be the contract. Due to his age, clubs might likely offer a one-year deal, and his salary would have to be slashed to a large extent. This would be the price he has to pay to remain in a big club. But he would get a longer contract and higher wage if he moves to the MLS or the SPL. They might offer him a two years and above deal and his earnings might be thesame or even higher than what he earned in Liverpool. Mohammad Salah is 34 years old and still has a hunger for playing at a top level. He is having good offers from too many big clubs and leagues, but the latest updates are clearly showing that he is going to join Besiktas with a 1-year contract for 12 million euro. This is nothing comparable to the Saudi League, still good decisions because this will keep him in good shape, and he will be able to check his potential. The upcoming season could be different from the last few years. The Turkish Super League is having a few big names with good packages, increasing their competitiveness, and they will be able to do much better in the near future.

They need to sign new players since, some of the old ones ain't performing well which was what led to their downfall. I believe that the new coach will be able to liberate the team but he needs more time to achieve this. Tottenham use to be a strong team that do finish on top 8 on the table but since last two seasons, they've been a mess of themselves.

More news comes from AC Milan. After this season they failed in the league and Europe, it seems they are still active in the transfer market. The latest rumor is that AC Milan is ready to buy Foden from Man City. Even though he just renewed his contract last May, he’s not a first-choice option after Pep Guardiola decided to move on. His age is still at its prime since he’s only 26 years old. According to rumors, City might be willing to let Foden go for around €60 million, and that figure could be reached if Milan sells Rafael Leão. Source: https://www.transfermarkt.com/transfer-news-live-ac-milan-eye-shock-phil-foden-move-as-tottenham-hold-savinho-talks/view/news/445145We've had this particular discussion and conversation here before now. Phil Foden will not be leaving Manchester City, not now, not even in the future. He will most likely be one of those players who ends up to become a Manchester City legend. It is wise if you see this particular news as pure speculations. There's no way his is leaving Manchester City. As for Rafael Leao, he has never been the serious person. I can't tell which of these European clubs chasing after him. The Saudi Arabia league seem he next destination.

Most teams are improving their squads to perform well in their leagues next season. This is mainly because they know that qualifying for the European Champions League will bring them more money and attract more sponsors. So, in the end, the investment in buying players would be worthwhile. Now, there are also teams worried about relegation, like Tottenham. They desperately need to sign many good players to avoid the same fate as last season, where they only avoided relegation thanks to a lot of luck, but undoubtedly suffered greatly.

Aston Villa is gonna send a bid for Leao after they sold two of their key players. I think Leao has to accept it since Villa can give him guarantee minutes in EPL. Villa has sold Rogers, and they will also sell Leon Bailey to hull city. So he will get chance to play more. He feels depressed to play for current Milan. I hope he knows himself well, then decide to leave. It's also disappointment how Milan didn't sell him when he was at peak. If he's leaving from Milan last season, he might able to retain his top performance. However, i see this as golden opportunity for him. I hope he uses his sense.

If he's leaving from Milan last season, he might able to retain his top performance. However, i see this as golden opportunity for him. I hope he uses his sense. Leao didn’t have a great season last year, as his form was rather inconsistent , and AC Milan only managed to finish fifth, as a result, AC Milan failed to secure a place in the Champions League. So it’s quite understandable why Rafael Leão wants to leave , as he may want to play in the Champions League and perhaps a move to another club could help him get back to his best form. Unfortunately, not many big clubs have shown an interest in signing him so far. Although there are rumours that Aston Villa, Chelsea and Manchester United are keeping an eye on him , but there have been no official offers from any of the three. Several Turkish clubs have already shown an interest, but Leao is more keen on playing in the Premier League, and Aston Villa does indeed seem like the right destination , as they appear to be in need of a winger and currently have sufficient funds to make it all happen . So let’s just wait and see if any Premier League team will make an official offer or whether Leao will end up in Turkey after all.
