They're doing everything within their reach to make sure they lift titles this season and to start with, they really need to win games in other to boost their morales and also their performances. There are quite a number of reasons why it seems De Zerbi is not capable of managing the team but they finding ways to remain with him will be better since the contract is more favorable to the manager.

Apart from Manchester United that take too long to decide the fate of an underperforming manager, the board of other teams barely have patience cause they need better results, i doubt if fans would have patience cause most of them believed he'll do better as the squad is upgraded, but the current disappointment is enough for many fans to start complaining even though the league is still early.
 Well, lets see how long they can keep trusting him if the results doesn't change, i hope it does but if their next three matches remain poor then he might be the first EPL coach to get sacked this season.

This really calls for scrutiny, why will a team spend much in the transfer window and yet this unpredictable investment still finds it difficult to win a single game after playing in three different occasions.  Out of there last three games, they where only capable of securing a single point out of 9.

They've been struggling from last season, they barely survived relegation and now there's still no sign of improvement despite making a lot of changes to the team. They spent a whole lot of money and even got a new coach but doesn't seem like any of this is saving them soon.

I was surprised seeing them struggle like this, i thought De Zerbi is capable of changing things at Tottenham but I guess he's just another average coach that only perform well with small teams. We've seen lot of similar coaches, an example is Areola, Liverpool's coach, I don't think he's capable and handling the team, he's just another average coach that can't make the team to compete properly.

Frank's guys do not fit Tudor. Tudor's setup does not fit De Zerbi. So you come up to this summer where they are only going to need to rebuild the whole team. In one window. Ten new faces straight into the starting eleven.

Come on, please, let's be serious: how can you actually expect a team that until the very last match could have been relegated to be able to compete for the Premier League just because they bought new expensive players? It's ridiculous and it doesn't make sense. At least after Tottenham avoided relegation this season they should be able to stay in the middle of the table, then the next season to improve to the top 4 of the Premier League, the following season again they can compete for trophies, it may be a healthy increase for a club because the team may compete from the lowest to the strongest.

What Tottenham do must be in accordance with the purchase of the right players, have a good coach, all players have the same vision there is no conflict or personal interest then the club can develop.

The problem is that teams from the premier league, when they see bad performances in 3-5 matches, are immediately fired, most teams from this league want to quickly level up.

I wouldn’t be so confident about that. Obviously, De Zerbi still has the backing of the board because they continue to believe in him. He’s the manager who helped Tottenham stay in the Premier League last season, and they believe he can do the same again this time. But one point after three matches, including a draw against Nottingham Forest and two defeats by 2–0 and 3–0, is a terrible result, especially considering that Tottenham haven’t scored a single goal in three league games.

And things aren’t going to get any easier. They have Everton next, then Liverpool in the cup, followed by Aston Villa and Manchester United, so the upcoming schedule is actually very difficult. If De Zerbi can’t win at least one of those matches, I think there’s a very real chance Tottenham will sack him.

I have always considered Slot unworthy of coaching Liverpool, i think the results came thanks to the individual players rather than his coaching skills, which then brought out his true characteristics which then led to his dismissal, now the new coach seems to be more convincing and the players also seem more at ease.

De Zerbi doesn't have an excuse for managing the team, he made a transfer of 10 players all through the transfer window, some came in as free transfers, and a few on loan from Chelsea and Manchester City. Tottenham made a £100m signing for Tonali and £92m for Mateus Fernandes, these are all good players, why is he unable to manage the team and provide good results?

I don't think it was a good decision, but De Zerbi came with new hope. He changed a big part of the squad by letting go of and bringing in players. This season, Zerbi has spent £320 million. Some of these names should be able to improve the team's condition. Besides that, they also got free transfer and loan players from Chelsea and Man City. But indeed, in these 3 matches, they still struggle; I haven't seen them play at their best and their finishing has been poor. It's only been 3 games, and Zerbi has made big changes with transfers. So we can't yet tell whether these transfers are failures or not.

The worst part is that they haven’t scored a single goal in three matches, and obviously Tottenham’s biggest problems are in attack. The transfer window is already closed, so they can’t strengthen their attacking options anymore. That means they have to find the problem within the current group of forwards, why are they playing so badly.
