Also, as I mention in Whitepaper, we are going to incorporate an entity in Singapore (because this country are pretty friendly to blockchain). This company will have an option to buy shares of our head company in U.S. So, every SUR token will be baked by Singapore company shares.

So, does it enough for you to see, that our project is real?

Unlike p2p, our lending users do not lend any money to borrowers. What they do instead, is co-sign on loans before financial organizations.

I have to point out, that this is not a decentralized platform, but it can work across borders all over the world.
Its only limitation lies in the fact that every country’s legal restrictions must be individually checked. Also, a separate legal entity should be set up for each country. At the moment, we have legal entities in Russia, Kazakhstan, and the USA.

In early March 2017 we participated in LendIt-2017 in New York, which is the world's largest credit technologies exhibition. Investors from around the world took an interest in our solution.

We haven’t decided on the ICO date yet. We are now researching the demand for such investments within the cryptocommunity. If we decide to go for an ICO, we’ll have a preliminary sale first. After the pre-sale, we are going to issue tokens secured by shares. Quarterly dividends will be paid on shares.

We are going to provide bounties for community management, social network activities, bitcointalk activities, etc.

I realized a lot of ICO translation doesn't have Thai translation.
Is it because cryptocurrency is not popular in Thailand?
There are a lot of rich Thai people.
Even though it is still a developing country, it just mean the rich are very rich and the poor very poor.
