The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Good luck with this.  Just to be helpful, your SSL certificate is not set up properly and seems to be throwing an error.

Thanks. Can you provide the error it throws ?

I have been able to access the website successfully with the major browsers and no one has reported this kind of issue. More details would be appreciated.

With Chrome on OS X:

Self signed?

Checking the certificate info after proceeding, it says the certificate was signed by an unknown authority, StartCom.

The certificate has indeed been signed by StartCom (ordered at https://startssl.com/ and signed by their Class 1 Intermediate certificate).

I'm not sure why you get these warnings. Anyway i plan to purchase a more recognized certificate in the near future.

StartCom CA is in the OS X system keychain (latest release of OS X). Chrome is not at fault because Safari has the same error.  Works fine on iOS and Linux though. Curious.

Account number? If I am a prepaid customer? How do I get an account number? what is meant by per-paid? can I log onto the exchange as a guest to see if I like it? Does the exchange include P2P exchanges with a rating system?

There is no mention of "prepaid" at all in the whole exchange. You have to register and then deposit coins of your choice.

can I log onto the exchange as a guest to see if I like it?

Just create a user account by clicking the "register" button. If you don't like it you're not obliged in any way to fund your account.
