Is it possible to solo mine with sgminer? If not has anyone done any research on how to put together a stratum/getblocktemplate proxy?
How many and of which cards do you have? 4xx or 5xx?

It seems the price will hold on 5$ - 7$ for some days.

Glad to be a part of this project. I just bought some Bitcore on an exchange to get some weekly airdrops! Really like your airdrops and team, thanks for that!

Is there some news that's making the price drop? Personally, I don't mind the price dip, but I am curious.

Don't worry, just the usual quantum fluctuations in crypto space. On a more technical note: BTX experienced a nice rally since beginning of September. It is typical to retract after a new high for a short period of time. Happens all the time with even the best projects. Most recent example would be Monero. It jumped up to $135 then retracted to ~100ish. I would be quite suprised if Bitcore's price didn't climb back up again in the near future. Has nothing to do with any news. Regarding BTX there are usually only good news anyway.

You do understand how a pool works, right? Doesn't matter if you are the block finder or not. --ypsi Please read again

Thanks I'm not sure because I don't use sgminer... but with 80 GH/s it just seemed worthless to even contemplate with just those 4 cards. I don't even do it with my 6x 1080 TI rigs because it is definitely still more profitable to point them to a pool.

Thanks Better to get some with a pool than mine all year for nothing solo. My RX 580 came today, so I have an RX480 and an RX580 on suprnova. They mine the same if anyone is wondering(~10Mh/s with intensity on 21).

The market manipulator lowered the price for cheap purchases and began to buy BTX quietly.

I've been trying to buy some more BTX, but it was getting pretty expensive. It's still pricey from when I initially got into the coin, but it's a lot less than it was a week ago. I will use this dip to pick up a few more coins.

According to the blockexplorer you only hold 23 BTX: http://51.15.78.208:3001/address/1FZEBuZsL6rtEDMjchVStPnwXJhFJ3CSwGAlso note, the amount of 23 is valid for the airdrop and you should receive +3% in the next aidrop. However you did not receive any before, because the first transaction to this address of 10.49 BTX was yesterday AFTER the airdrop (18th Sep 2017 22:06:53 ).

Do you perhaps mix up wallet and address? A wallet normally consists of many addresses. For the airdrop only addresses are relevant, because it's the only thing you can see on the block explorer.

Yes, it probably need just some time to shake out those who plan to buy cheaper, until eventually they'll start to realise that it won't get cheaper anymore. That's the pshysiology of market.
