Hi there,
Does anyone knows how to decrypt the Bitcore-qt Wallet??
Thx
You must go to the wallet console and enter the command walletpassphrase yourpassword 6000
6000 - it is a time for decrypt your walllet in seconds, you can change it.

I´m trying that command but I guess I´m writting something wrong. After the expresion walletpassphrase and before writing my password ¿do I have to put the character " or <,  or any other character?
And my password is composed of 8 words, ¿do I write them without spaces among them, or with spaces? I think I have tried all those possibilities but I get different warning  messages

Error parsing JSON:dog
Method not found (code -32601)
Error: std::bad_alloc

Thx

Between walletpassphrase and yourpasswod and time in second put a space.
Check is the password correct or you did not install password at all.

Last monday I got TWO airdrops.

Both were 3%. That was all sorts of awesome - but I never knew why or saw an announcement about it. There needs to be more communication (or at least point me in the direction of where I can find it!)(  TIA

I'm still trying to understand the concept of holding btc and getting 50% bitcore after snapshot, can someone clarify please? does it mean if I hold 1 btc during the snapshot I can then claim my share amount of 0.5btx? and it does say that 7 millions btx would be distributed this way, why did they come to this figure?

You have understood correctly. For each 1 bitcoin you will get 0.5 bitcore. Apparently 7 million is half of the existing bitcoins on accounts with more than 0.01 btc.

Curious what the key feature of BTX is other than 20MB blocks, and not sure why such massive blocks are needed in the first place?

I think there is a confusion btween the people included me about the BTC holders on 2nd of november.
So is it 1 Btc for 0,5 Btx or %50 in Btx of the value of 1 Btc( example 1 Btc $5500= $2750 in Btx) ?

I still think that is the second option... Can somebody confirm?

Thank you!
Option 1. 1BTC=0.5BTX
The other one would be nealry impossible.

Isn't it better to exchange a few bitcoins for 100BTX and get the 25% airdrop on it? 0.5btx on 1btc isn't a good deal.

Bitcoin is expensive, who want to hold 1 units BTC and get 0.50 BTX?
Might as well buy 6000$ worth of BTX and get the special airdrop on it?

That's my point Smiley. Everyone is concerned about exposing the private keys for 50% airdrop! Don't do it if you can't trust it! Why get $3-$5 on $6000 worth of a bitcoinBTC. It's better to buy or exchange BTCBTC for BTX and then get special airdrop!

You can get about 600BTX for 1BTC.

Which means:
600 BTX X 25% AIRDROP = 150 BTX as AIRDROP  Kiss

The compounding airdrops after that will really add up here, an 11 million market cap for BTX is still ridiculously low for the total coin supply... I imagine we're going to hit $50+... if you hold 100BTX right now when the 25% hits... and then hold then for a full year... you'll have over 12,000 BTX .... thats over $100,000.00 at todays prices... $600,000.00 at $50

Whitout a decent exchange this coin is going nowhere. There is 0 liquidity and btx is not a young coin in crypto time . Half a year is almost old.

Sounds nice and all but I'm sure dev will run out of coins before a year. Someone mentioned 7-8 months earlier.

Maybe yes. But also community has the opportunity to do their stuff. This coin is also about the great community. e.g. Poloniex would be a possible listing but they are require a community form to get listed there.

So if you have the chance do your best for this coin and its adventages

Now anyway is the most profitable coin for mining, and the price is very good, maybe for the airdrop of next Monday of 25% i don't know if it is a pump but i am mining it by 1 month and i am happy with and i will hold.
In crypto you have to have patience, ofc there are so many coins to mine which could make you rich but is unknown to know which one. You need some lucky too.. but btx has good team too for this i believe it

Yes, this will be a historic day in the world of the still young crypto-space!
If there will be evidence (video, data etc) we might actually make history with this. Looking forward to that event!

Indeed, patience is a virtue. Bitcore has some great months and years ahead, the fantastic devs and the expanding team will help a lot.
