Has anyone got 3% today?

is that still a thing? i thought it was a big 25% airdrop and then the remaining was for the claiming 0.5 btx for every 1 bitcoin you hold on the snashot date? m i wrong? i'm still going to receive my 3% every week now?

yes the airdrops will continue, and will go up by 1% every month till fully distributed.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Short statement regarding coinmarketcap.com issue.

Dear Bitcore community,
we have received a lot of questions regarding the incorrect display of Bitcore (BTX) on Coinmarketcap.

As you are probably aware we are currently distributing all BTX from the second snapshot of the Bitcoin blockchain we made on 2nd of November.
Please refere to this post for a detailed explanation: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1883902.msg24005142#msg24005142

This caused our circulating supply to have considerably increased over the last four days.

The currently displayed number of 1,195,602 BTX in circulating suppy is incorrect. It should be in the 10M range! This causes us to be listed in #293 instead of the correct top75.
We are currently in contact with coinmarketcap and are confident to get this solved very soon.

We will keep you all updated.

Your Bitcore team

I too got worried about this aspect of Bitcore when I checked coinmarket today...had me worried for a few minutes there but figured it had to be a typo or something like this. Glad to know the team is around and aware of

matters such as this makes me feel good I invested in Bitcore. It is one of the only coins I am currently happy about and that is saying something in midst a shit show of a storm Smiley

Collecting your free Bitcore (BTX) coins from Snapshot with Coinomi will be the same as BCH, and BTG:  please follow these guides!

I have asked coinomi to write a short guide for us, but for now these work just the same.

if anyone else would like to write a guide on steemit that would also be great  Grin

I think it would be usefull to publish total number of BTX to be airdropped (remaining) with nice picture and a slogan like:
"Hurry up to take your part!"

I am expecting to see BTX on Yobit to boost the prices. However I know Dev's are working on important work than the Airdrop, just would like to understand the timelines they are planning for the Airdrop.

Keep up the good work team.

Launch tonight,,,, Trade launch the 8th
I see some nice trading volumes at the exchange on some cryptos so hopefully BTX will fly there.

Snapshot + airdrop will take longer today. Hold your BTX in your wallet if you want to receive it!
The devs' main focus is on the blockchain-stress-test right now.

I expected that when I checked my balance today.  No worries, the stress test is much more important. The airdrop may wait a few days.

>>Second Round:
>>BTX claiming with BTC Snapshot 492820 (minted : 11/02/2017) until 0.01 BTC

So this time I had some BTC in my wallet and got in on this 2nd round of air drop. I would be nice to see 100 USD. I guess I will also be signing up for the weekly air drops also.

Guys, what happens to the BTX mining? Each block is given a different reward. Is this something to do with the large enumeration of coins?

I don't think anyone would not want to see $100. But the thing is, if BTX is marketed properly and seen as an actual contender to the other Bitcoin forks, it could very well happen.

--ypsi
without segwit crap  it could go to 100 soon or would be there already.
now we may have to wait until end of year for 100.... Wink

So what? You did not understand me.
Look at the amount of the reward. It is different every block. From 3.125 BTX to 6.445 BTX for block.

I've understood right. It's just statistic from pool where everyone can see this strange behavior of the blockchain.
