You can have 100MB blocks right now, without Segwit, with no speed/network issues.  Satoshi originally coded bitcoin for 32MB and that was 9 years ago.
What I mean is: Blocktime = 2.5 min and Block size of say 15-20 MB might be a problem for some nodes if they are located in a 3rd world country or developing country due to lack of internet speed. Don't you agree?

Didn't Satoshi later reduce block size to 1 MB due to this issues?

So what is the plan?
wait for coinmarketcap to update?

once we have visibility, it would not be sensible to resort to the majority of large bittrex, poloniex exchanges?

No, he reduced it cause Hal kept busting his balls about it.

2.5 minutes is stable and it will raise the effective blocksize from 10MB to 40MB.

Not to mention they’ll mine out all remaining coins by probably 2020, another huge advantage over Bitcoin.

No, obscene 100x profits would be much too moist and delicious.

It's not only about the speed, but also about delay. Especially the time it needs to propagate a mined block through the network to stop others from mining that block. The bigger the block, the more blocks are going to be found in one round.

I’m pretty certain that’s patently false.

Hal wanted anyone to be able to run a node for as long as possible and at the time 1MB was plenty of capacity.  They didn’t expect crazy clowns to hijack bitcoin.

Off the top of my head, a few are:

  •   Better fungibility
  •   Faster block propagation
  •   Easier global [tax] regulations

Hello Bitcore team,
>>>

I found out that when I sent 80 BTX to cryptopia on 15th Nov, the remaining amount of the 25% one-time airdrop BTX (around 83 BTX) were sent to an unknown wallet at the same time. But I only filled out and authorized one single transaction!

Bitcore (BTX) - Airdrops every Monday

I just found this early post in this forum. The story of the "most expensive" pizza EVER!

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=137.0

Hopefully we - the ones who hold BTX at this stage - will never be asked by our children or whoever will participate from what we do right now in the future, why the f****** hell we bought some pizzas for 90.000.000 USD (*geez*)

Seeing the movement of this coin makes me feel confident for the future of it.

The efforts taken by the developers seem to be good for all of us. Remake of the homepage, FAQ, and so on. Though i think we should put a little focus the world record a bit more. We are still in the early stages and everything we can move now will help us to move things way easier in the future.

And to all of those who are about to sell BTX - think about the pizzas first!  Wink

No, I think in 4 month.
Last drop was distributed within ~4500 addresses but it was registered about 25k so many people still have zero balances on registered wallets. If they finally got what to do I think it is distributed about 100-150k coins. Next month it is 4% airdrop so that way all 5+mil coins lasts in 4-5 month max, IMHO

something wrong?

Anyone can help?
Don't waste time - you have no chance to get block with CPU-miner - nethash is about 404Gh/s.

I think BTX is 100 times better than any gold bitcoin and other forks. Which is now coming every day. Just recently found out about the coin. But managed to jump $ 10. Already made 4x. And I think this is just the beginning. Soon to be $ 100. Why to a height of BCSH not threaten. In General, forward and hodl

High risk high payoff
