My tactics is to dump whatever easy profits I make, into btx.
I’m talking about other forks, airdrops. Easy trades.
So far it’s gone very well. Except one trade that’s still in the red. A hitbtc buy at 0,0027 sat.
It’s only a matter of time before that one goes green too, with airdrops accounted

Sell all the free shit I get, as soon as I get it. Buy some of it back at a huge discount.
And most of what’s leftover, goes into BTX.

what do you mean by "recovery"? if you haven't made a backup or at least saving your private key then there's no way you can restore wallet in case you deleted it or hdd broken or don't have access to the pc where the wallet is installed etc. you got the idea...

First we need to know which wallet do you use? A) Bitcore core (bitcore-qt) or B) Coinomi?

Second, if Bitcore Core, you need your wallet.dat backup file to recover your funds. Unless you somehow exported and safed your private keys directly.
If you used Coinomi you need your wallet passphrase, the one you had to write down before creating your wallet.

Try starting bitcore-qt in a text console and post the output here. You can also run ldd bitcore-qt (enter the full path to the binary if required) and see what libraries you are probably missing.

Also, there are other coins that are performing much much better. Buying an index fund of the Top20 for instance would have trippled your money in the last few months. I like BTX and also believe in its future, but it is only one part of my crypto-investment.

Also, there are other coins that are performing much much better. Buying an index fund of the Top20 for instance would have trippled your money in the last few months. I like BTX and also believe in its future, but it is only one part of my crypto-investment.

I think BTX would do very well especially after the airdrop and redistributions. Buying now gives a little more advantage with the airdrop, but going all in is too risky for me. But if the little guy inside him says it's a winner investment then we all should be excited.
