As long as you have at least 1 BTX in your wallet you will receive every monday the "bonus" in percent set for the month (5% Jan, 6% Feb, 7% March, etc). You will continue to receive this as long as the aidrop wallet isn't empty.
There's a prediction by the user ypsi how long the airdrops will last with the current rates. I'm sure there will be an updated version of it as every monday. So, wait for it and see

Today is a Monday and that means an update of my weekly BTX airdrop end date prediction spreadsheet.
This week I predicted 134 000 coins to be dropped, while the factual number was 133 140, so slightly lower than predicted.
The main reason for this is in my view the 3-4 days that the airdrop registration was offline due to the new website added by the team.

In any case, the end date is still unchanged - still April 23rd as the last Monday.

Next week we will have the first 6% airdrop and I predict 180 000 coins to be dropped that week. Let's see how it goes!

I support you on that. In my opinion, Bitcore is one of the most technical-advanced and promising cryptocurrencies today. And it's value should be much more than now.
If you will be able to buy _directly_ something real-world with BTX - it would be great.
Adding to more exchanges also good thing.

I'm a newbie so not sure if I have false expectations.  I sent btx from my wallet to cryptopia and it has not shown up for over an hour.  When I look at coin info on cryptopia the block it says its on is about 12 lower than the block I sent on.  Is this unusual? Do I panic or sit tight?  Been sitting for a while now.

Why are we having this discussion every week?
There are plenty of coins out there for you to pick from, if the development of this one isn’t going the way you think it should.
The only people who want more exchanges now, don’t give a shit about BTX. They just want to be able to dump their airdrops at a higher price now. You can’t have it both ways. The market won’t allow it, since Bitcore isn’t as widely marketed, well known, adopted or useful as it needs to be to handle it.
You need buyers to dump your airdrops, they don’t magically appear with new exchanges. We saw what happened with hitbtc for example. Or when bit-z shut down the bots.
Why as an exchange would I list a coin with this low volume? And why as a dev would I pay the ridiculous listing fees theese days, just to please a few short term thinkers and dumpers, and hurt the real hodlers, investors and the future of the coin itself?

Deal with the roadmap presented by the dev team, or find a a more profitable coin to invest in.

We need to start promoting the usage of BarterDEX ASAP!!! It is beyond me why people want to continue using centralized exchanges especially given the security risks and the bad customer service. How many bad exchanges and hacks do we have to see until we all learn?

@gwestcot, Decentralized exchanges aren't going to get popular anytime soon. Maybe towards the end of 2018. No one that I know even discusses or cares about BarterDEX.

Here are a few suggestions to look into:
1. Contact Flyp.me and get us listed on there. It's a new DEX that was launched in August and has been gaining in popularity.
2. Get Bitcore in the "Coin of the Month" for both Kucoin and Binance. Get the entire Bitcore community to open accounts with those exchanges and have every single person vote for Bitcore. If we could get 5,000 people to vote for Bitcore, even if we don't end up winning, that sheer volume will get us listed on at least one of them if not both of them.
3. Repeat Step 2 with Cobinhood.

DEXes are not the venue to focus on at this time. Binance is the most popular exchange now. We have to get listed on their exchange. Just get us on the "Coin of the Month" and you and the team need to rally the entire BTX community to vote. If you do those things, we will get listed. Don't chase after tiny exchanges. It's time for us to get on a big exchange. I'm not even hoping for Bittrex or Poloniex because I don't see either happening, but Binance or Kucoin or maybe even Cobinhood is a possibility. However, Binance is the one that will grow the community the most. We need to get on there. You are the one responsible for exchanges, so make it happen. If you don't get Bitcore on any relevant exchanges before the airdrops end, BTX will drop at least 50% at the end of the airdrops. So, do what you have to do to get us list on Binance and Kucoin for "Coin of the Month" ideally for February, but at the latest for March.
