Nah, always dumps a little on Monday.

We *MAY* hit $3-4, but really anything after the airdrop should be UP.

We've had 20-30 to 1 inflation for weeks now, so if price would have bottomed out, it would have already.


If it does dip, it's just a ploy to shake weak hands and give whales a chance to buy in.

This coin is very promising and has impressed me with their recent developments.  Lots of people in BTX, so I wouldn't expect it to stay down much longer.

I'll be holding waiting for $50+ late in the year!

If their announcement turns out to be as big as they say it, then Verge might go to 50 cent or even $1. That's the real reason that Verge's price has been increasing over the last few weeks. It helps to have the complete story to know what is really happening.

It shows what CAN happen and how quickly things can change. However, if my chain was attacked by an exploit I'd consider a rollback instead of just a patch and hardfork.  We'll see if Verge delivers or not, but if we are looking for room to grow, comparing BTX to other top contenders is pretty easy.

Truth is, BTX as long as it continues development and makes improvements is bound to get the attention it deserves.

The thing people don't understand is that Verge was already on its way up before that tweet. Verge was on a bull run already and had gone up 4X already, so it already had the attention of the crypto community. That McAfee tweet just sent it into overdrive at a perfect time when the market cap was rapidly increasing. If someone tweets about BTX, while BTX is crashing or simply being stagnant, it's not going to cause FOMO buying. The price might go up a few dollars, maybe even double and then crash again. BTX is going to have to be making moves and showing signs of a bull run. Then a supporting tweet would help push it over the top. Those things will have to go together. There has to be some growth already taking place before something like a tweet sends BTX into ATH territory. Also, McAfee's pumps aren't as effective as they used to be. It would have to be from someone that crypto trusts and holds in high esteem for that type of a bull run to occur from just a single tweet.

Speculation now is Ethereum isn't hardforking.  Considering most of the video card boom came from ETH and news coverage, this could be promising for BTX and the timetravel10 algo!

Yes timing is everything.  Big exchanges, major announcements, & major development should be left alone until the coin is fully distributed and shaken a little.  A McAfee tweet now during a bear market wouldn't be as effective as a tweet in December during the rush.  Looking at other coins in the cryptosphere still has me lean towards BTX as a sleeping giant.

I'd absolutely agree with this and somewhat feel it's inevitable.  BTX is still pretty young and we haven't seen the fully distributed side of it.  We haven't seen the best from the devs (yet) and all of us are still kinda unsure what space they will go into.

However, if they end up specializing in ATM and FIAT integration, that will eventually get everyone's attention.

So many avenues that can be taken and I don't think we've seen all of Bitcore yet.

Real world use from blockchain is still very immature.  So much room to grow and so many other people out there that have no idea of distributed ledger.

In 5, 10, 15 years that will all change at a rapid multiplicative rate.

This is the dotcom boom all over again.  That should excite people about BTX, because it's one of the forerunners.
