This Air drops made people hold rather than sell off which seems to have done wonders for the price of btx. Ironic that an airdrop that should deflate the value has done the opposite.

How do you figure? The price was around $30 when the airdrops started. All these free coins have been detrimental on the price.

It definitely hasn't done wonders, but i'm pretty surprised how well the price has held despite the pile of new coins arriving every week. if you started off with a decent amount of coins and were signed up you'd probably be down a reasonable amount in overall BTC terms by the end but not by anywhere near as much as i was expecting.

i guess the real proof of the pudding is what happens when this phase is over.

Nope again.

I got in at around 0.0015 btc, Just before the 25% special airdrop. Not that super early. And was signed up since the end of October. And bought some btx along the way for a higher price than that.
And by today’s calculations and price, I’m +132% in btc.

That’s some nice profits, concidering where we’re at in the development stage.
And what’s coming ahead

Well so if the price fell a little, usually in such situations even more coins buy and then the price will become average value and it becomes not so sick to wait for growth. And so on on a ladder there is a purchase of any coins as nobody knows where a bottom and where a ceiling in this market.

After the next airdrop it will be very interesting to see where the price of this coin goes. Both the airdrop and signature campaign are ending within a day of each other (if airdrop does not end on April 30th then May 7th will definitely be the end. It will just be us holders and hopefully people will not dump and we can see the price rise again. I bought this coin for the long term, not short term profits.

I think that we need a good exchange after the end of airdrop. Together with the bill run of the market we will see a new ATH.

I would really like to see BTX get on Bittrex. That is my go to exchange. Getting on a better exchange will definitely help boost the value of this coin.

I mean, the problem with CMC is fixed, the airdrops will be done, the tech of the coin i good, the team is good, the potential for adoption is very good, the pink “B” is noticeable and attractive, we will be again in top 100 soon, the best fork of BTC with use case. And only a significant increase in the price of BitCore will help us get used to that boring life.  

Its easy, just stock up a good amount of BTX now when they are cheap. If you do that, only a slight price increase of price will keep you happy. And not only on Mondays

And if you realize that this monday approx. 4,5 million dollars worth of BTX will be freely distributed, what do you think will happen in a few weeks? So many people is buying BTX right now and suddenly there is not an inflation of +500k BTX every week. So the buyers will have to pay more to buy the few thousands BTX holders are willing to sell. And only those who pay more will be able to buy those few thousands BTX. The price boom is inevitable. I am only worried it will shoot up too fast that I wont resist the temptation to sell some

until now i would say most of the investors bought btx because of the airdrops.
when this ends i'm not sure about the unique features which make people want to buy btx.

of course i know about the good technical structure and some nice projects like the "btxm".
but there are so many other cryptos of which some also have very promising projects, what exactly are the outstanding features to make this one successful and attractive for new investors?

Sure, and some of those projects will also be successful.
If you can sift through all the “promising” prospects without a working product, cash grabs and outright scams that is..
Plenty of room in this space, for solid good quality projects.

The outstanding features of BTX, are all the ones you mentioned above.
And the fact that that BTX has a solid plan, great ideas and a team that delivers, day after day after day.

Compared to most other coins out there, bItcore is a fresh breeze in an ocean of diarrhea.
And a no brainer, for me at least.

but i'm not so sure if that would be outstanding enough to attract new investors after the end of airdrops.

btx might be "a working product" in terms of being a currency.
but so are litecoin, monero and dash for example.
and these currencies have the advantage to be more popular and adopted.
you cannot really use btx to buy things as there are almost no merchants who accept it as payment yet.

so again my question, why would new investors buy btx?
what are the unique features compared to other coins (like the ones mentioned above).

don't get me wrong, i don't need to get convinced about the quality of btx.
but what should i tell other people to get them convinced to buy btx?

as far as i see it this could become a problem after the airdrops and could be bad for the price of the coin.

The btxm and the Fiat gateways will bring in merchant adoption and general adoption.
As it has much lower fees than regular crypto atm’s, and will connect Fiat and Btx tohether in a real world use case. As it is not geared towards the 1% already in crypto. But specifically to the other 99% currently not involved.
Stay tuned, more will be explained as we get closer to actual implementation and deployment.
The team are already on top of these issues, and have planned accordingly.
