I moved to Granatgas pool 4 days a go to let it try...
Auto switch port with payout in ADZ -coins of my choice are working very well for me.
Its much more profitable then mining single coins (ADZ in my case)
I can say its truly amazing and basically I am getting like 4 times more coins from the same hashing power...
Payouts are done manually and basically once a day..
Until end of this month extra +5% per block reward and no fee..

if my pool have more than 100GHS i will be activation it again..

now my prioritation to get more profitable with fast solved block to caugh more profitable to miner
