I just checked and I have mine too. I added it as a custom token on MyEtherWallet and I can see it.

You will get an e-mail with instructions on how to claim your tokens once the tokens are ready to be distributed. Only then will you be able to trade PTOY on exchanges. The pair on HitBTC is a trading instrument that you will be able to swap with them once the tokens are created.
