I notice that a lot of these ICO coins list on BITTREX and other exchanges (Cryptopia, Liqui, etc) prior to getting on POLONIEX.  Does anyone know why this is?  Is there a barrier to getting on POLONIEX that I'm unaware of or....?

Yes, there IS a barrier. Polo is the best altcoin exchange. They do very good research on the coins and add most innovate/popular projects with high volume. All depends on the project.
I *hope* they'll add Patientory at some point!

The top question we’re getting is how you can add a custom token to your wallet. If you are using MyEtherWallet (MEW), you can add PTOY as a Custom Token. Here is the procedure:
- Click on add “Custom Token.”
- Put the contract in address box: 0x8ae4bf2c33a8e667de34b54938b0ccd03eb8cc06
- Token Symbol is PTOY.
- Decimals are 8.
- Click save.
