Ignore the trashy FUD about Veritaseum. A lot of big institutions fear VERI because it can do what they do for much cheaper & will put them out of business (or at a minimum greatly cut into their revenue stream). There's clearly a paid FUD campaign against VERI because someone or some institution fears it. All to be expected when a new business model threatens the pre-existing industry.
They've been doing the same thing to bitcoin for the last 8 years if you hadn't been paying attention. It just keeps bouncing back stronger & more resilient after every attack.
"First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win." -Gandhi
IGNORE THE HATERS. SEE THE OPPORTUNITY. THE TRUTH SHINES. VERI WILL WIN.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4FBFnfsv0A8"this is a fact, I can go on the record as saying distributed trust transactions are here to stay. That's basically the concept that bitcoin rests upon. Their ability to have zero trust or low trust transactions based upon a public ledger that everybody can see. That's what the bitcoin blockchain is. That's not going away. The cat's out of the bag. The only question is whether bitcoin will be the currency that leads the way or the particular technology or whether some other technology will be. Chances are it will be bitcoin. The smart actors in this space realize this technology is here to stay and are looking for ways to capitalize on it." -Reggie Middleton August 23, 2014 Can you say forward thinking?

Long time reader first time poster, I've been invested since a few weeks after ICO and I truly believe Reggie and his team will deliver on this Veri product, the development in the Beta versions so far proves they mean business, deals take time in this business so sit tight and by Summer next year we'll be wishing we didn't go all in at $90 ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Price is back up to 0.23 on ED with a few big buys forcing upward pressure, things are looking good for Veri, I imagine that a lot of people will soon take profits on PayPie and Populous to load up on Veri before Clif High's language surrounding January 2018.

Not me NightTrader. I am keeping both of my PayPie and Veritaseum token holdings. I purchased these utility tokens to use them down the road. The utility value of both of these companies have a very long way to go and the development of the companies platforms will bring in much additional value over the next number of years IMO.

Also a viable strategy, Paypie is a great projecy but still very early in development, Veri's time will come sooner I believe. Someone in the Veritaseum telegram group made some calculations using the VeriRental Beta and the passive income is huge even off as little as five Veri tokens, when people start to realise that, FOMO will well and truly set in and with just 2m tokens in circulation the demand will be off the scale. Accumulate while it's low

Good question... although I think you have a lot of VERI so maybe you will have lambo when VERI hits USD 1,000 ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

Interesting times ahead as we're Veri much under the radar here still, the FUDDERS are still FUDDING https://techcrunch.com/2017/11/19/100-cryptocurrencies-described-in-4-words-or-less/ <- though I don't think it's an intentional hit job, I think the author is ignorant and a bit of a PUDDING ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) If Reggie hits this out of the park as he's suggesting above the price will take care of itself and the fundamentals will be set for a solid long term hold. "Lambo" talk is crass and would, if you're familiar with the the objective of Veritaseum, be a potentially catastrophic misallocation of capital. Read Reggie's statements RE multi generational wealth, that said, hell it's your money do what you want with it ![Lips sealed](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/lipsrsealed.gif)

BTC and ICOs will continue to make a lot of people rich over the next 24 months, it's going to be interesting to see how this generation of investors, many of whom want to 'get rich quick', will spend their riches!

That is the struggle/conundrum. Would love to withdraw to pay off debts - which is a fantastic use of such profits - but why not make a few more payments and let it grow? I hope that I have the fortitude to hold on to my VERI to $1000. But it will be awfully hard not to sell at least some at $500.

“I told you once before that there were two times for making big money, one in the up-building of a country and the other in its destruction. Slow money on the up-building, fast money in the crack-up. Remember my words. Perhaps they may be of use to you some day. (Rhett Butler)”
