You dont have to be a genius to know that PPP has still a long way to go. And if they even get all the licenses to run a full project... it will  still takes month/years to get them. That analyse is for free...  to take 500 USD for it would be criminal.

I am sure most token holders are aware of the companies road map and the company continues to deliver on what was mentioned in the past. Based on your comments I suspect that you don't even own any PAYPIE tokens. If this is the case then why are you here?
