I couldn't figure out how to do that, so sent an email to support. while I waited, I played and hit a nice 60 mbtc jackpot. helped me out quite a bit and allowed me to play some more and meet the wager requirement for the bonus. Ended up with about $190. Boom! Now just waiting for my withdrawal.
The OP says 5 minutes. it's been longer and pending verification. I read in an earlier post that they trigger verification if your first withdrawal is larger than your first deposit. Hopefully all goes smoothly.

one note. at the point that I decided to forgo the bonus and just cashout, I opened a ticket. When I finally got a response (after I had already won and received my funds) they told me that once the bonus is active, it's impossible to reverse and cancel the bonus.
Per your TOS, "If you would like to request a withdrawal before the wagering requirements are fulfilled, PlayBitcoinGames.com will deduct the whole bonus amount as well as any winnings before approving any withdrawal."
again, ended up not applying to me, but you should either make sure your support folks understand the rules OR update your TOS.

PBG is a solid casino to play on. I'm a bit surprised getting the site mobile ready isn't a priority considering the mobile users outweighs desktop users heavily. Once this is complete they will be increasing traffic and gameplay heavily. One solution I found in regards to Panjul7 remarks about having difficulty playing on mobile, next time you playing on your phone select "desktop site" in the browser settings and it becomes much better, you will be able to see the entire slot for example compared to only a portion.
Also if they could make cashouts quicker that would be a big benefit. Most casinos these days provide instant cashouts so to keep up with competition PBG should too because even though it states 99% withdrawals are instant all withdrawals I have made since joining have takes a couple days but nevertheless I do always get my money.
I hope they continue improving this website because with coronavirus happening and many new players playing only be now, they could take advantage.

Actually there is one concern. I am currently waiting for a withdrawal to be paid over 48 hours ago in the amount of 0.065 btc. The money should have been sent by now so I'm not sure what the hold up is on your part??
