Hot wallet must be empty and there is no one is active on the site when you requested the withdrawal, that's why your withdrawal is still pending so far. Have you tried to send them an email or contact them through the live support (if any)? As I can see, it is a repetitive issue in this site when players needs to wait for days when they hot wallet is empty. Frankly speaking, I'm not really sure if it is related to the hot wallet because I cant see big payout within this month. Last biggest cash out was on April 130mbtc, it can be related to the hot wallet if they did not refill the hot wallet after that 130mbtc cash out.

When they withdraw my 2.178 mbtc I can see that they returned 79 mbtc to their change address so I hope there is still money in the hot wallet because I cannot see any huge payouts on their site in a previous few days. Also my friend told me that he had case of empty hot wallet and that is indicated by pending status and not pending verification status.
