I experienced multiple times, what you need to do is to contact them by pm or make a small deposit.

We've deployed an update with the first set of games which have had their minimum bets lowered by about x10 - this should now allow majority of players to try out and play our games with lower amounts.

As the bet amounts in PBG are based in bitcoin, we have to periodically adjust them to allow a wider base of players. Last time the bets were adjusted was when bitcoin was at around $5000, so the games became restrictive when bitcoin's price grew by x10+ in the past year.

We've now adjusted bets to be of more approachble dollar-value (roughly x10 decrease). To not delay these changes further, we've done the first batch of most played and the simplest game to update:
Coin Flip
Rock Paper Scissors
Nine Out Of Ten
Compound Boxed
Space Invasion
Slots
Money Slots

Importantly, the slot games were also updated in this batch, as lowered bets are required for us to give out more free spins again. Our typical free spin batches of 20 were designed to be around $1-2 in value, yet with bitcoin's price increase this increased them 10-fold, so this change was necessary to allow us to send them out more frequently again. So expect us to start sending out free spins more frequently again!

The rest of the games will have bets adjusted in further batches, as soon as we can manage (in the following weeks).

We are looking into reducing minimum withdrawal as well, as it's definitely outdated. We've delayed this a bit as our fee structure on cashouts was ridiculous, but as we've now sorted that we can finally change this.

For starters, we'll probably be able to reduce the minimum withdrawal to 0.1mBTC, but once we can get to further optimization of our withdrawals and reducing our costs there, we'd like to bring that down even further. Likely we'll change this today and send another email update when we do

As for changing coin, unfortunately that's not possible based on the way how accounts are setup. We know this is not ideal and would definitely like to change it in the future,
i.e. to merge accounts/allow them to deposit via any method. But for the time being we don't have the programmer capacity.

So in order to be able to play with LTC, you'll have to register a new account with the LTC option (you can use the same email), which will essentially create a new account with LTC as the deposit option.

1) Minimum cashout lowered to only 0.2mBTC!

To make it more approachble for you to use, taking into account the rise in BTC value over the past year, we've lowered the minimum cashout to 0.2 mBTC!
We would ideally like to lower this further, but that will require some more core changes in our system to avoid us paying massive bitcoin transaction fees, but hopefully in the near future we can bring you that as well

2) Lowered minimum bets part 2.
To continue what our previous update has started, we've now lowered another 10 games' minimum bets by about x10!
This is part of updates that also takes the increase in BTC price value into account, and allows you to play our games with much smaller bets!

My favorite game - vegas scratch, I used to play with 0.05 - 0.4 mBTC and now maximum bet is 0.04 mBTC, just a little bit less than my previous MINIMUM bet amount...

Why did you ruined your site? Maximum bet on slots changed from ~$15 to $1.5, no way!

Hey! We adjusted our bets first and foremost to address most of our players for whom the bigger bets were unreachable. With the increase in BTC price we also are evaluating our risk with allowing bigger bets, as well as that adding more higher bets requires some UI work and further testing, and we wanted to get these changes out as soon as possible. We will consider adding more higher bet options in some of these games in the next few weeks!

Your cashouts were before approved as we were not able to prove & replicate your exploit before, as we have limited team and after a certain time/attempts we always had to wrap it up and give you the benefit of the doubt, even though the numbers of you being "just lucky" were implausible -> but  without proof and finding where exactly the exploit was we always approve cashouts and give users the benefit of the doubt to give a good experience – and it's cost us severely.

We did several checks throughout the months, but were never looking deep enough to find the exploit. But when your numbers kept getting more and more absurd, and on other accounts, we gave it one deeper look and were able to figure out exactly what you were doing with forging requests in specific situations. It is undeniable what you have been doing.

After we fixed the exploit, we also implemented a trap, to additionally verify what exactly you were doing -> and you fell for it. You kept playing Las Vegas Scratch following the same old patterns, only this time your old exploit didn't work anymore, and you stopped after 100ish attempts, and requested a cashout as it didn't work anymore.

And stop trying to push us publicly here – it was an additional reason we were rushing our checks before to try and ensure a good experience -> there's nothing for you to exploit here anymore.
