Played in this casino few deposits and few withdrawals without significant issue, as far as I remember this casino do manual check for all withdrawal (no instant withdrawal).
Waiting for withdrawal is annoying, no doubt about it but nothing we cant do as players except being patient while waiting for it.
It seems that this casino is managed by a team with 2-3 persons only so it may take longer time for such withdrawal review.
I cant really see how much is the withdawal requested by above user, but I dont think it is a big amount so I think it should not take more than 2x24h for reviewing.

We are a small team and programmers' time is limited, so unfortunately some verifications can take a while.

Smaller withdrawals are usually paid in less than 24-48 hours, but for larger withdrawals like this one (+20 mBTC) we have to take the time to be sure all plays have been fair.

We have been the victim of multiple exploits in the past and have lost a lot of money as a result, we have tightened the security of the website, but we cannot afford to make instant withdrawals and have to check them manually, which in some cases like this can take a while.

We are working on this case and talking to the affected user to resolve the issue as best as we can, I don't know why he says the support team is not taking care of him.

We have been through this multiple times in the past and we always pay if the user played fairly and without cheats or exploits, there is enough evidence in this topic that these cases have always been taken care of and resolved.

Nobody likes to wait, and I apologize for that, but for our safety and that of our users, we must be sure that all plays are fair, and if that's the case you will be paid as soon as possible as we have always done.

Waiting for withdrawal or even waiting for any other things are always going to be annoying for those who lack in patience. To avoid this issue to occur, it would be better if these people will read the information being posted on that thing they are going to use first. They can also ask a question to the customer representative if ever some information are missing or there are no information posted at all.

No offense but manual reviews seem to be an old-school thing and it can be costly because they may need to hire more personnel to make things faster or more effective but why can't they just make things automatic like the others? And besides they are not new on this industry anymore. As long as the developer of it is good, the outcome of it is also going to be the same.

We used to offer automatic cashouts (less than 5 minutes) in the vast majority of cases, but we were victims of multiple exploits that caused us to lose large amounts of money, so we decided that all cashouts would be manual to eliminate (or at least reduce) these cases of abuse.

We know it's not ideal, but we are forced to do that for the time being, for our sake and the sake of our legitimate users.
