Hello Bismuth team. Now is a very hard time for Bismuth price. Because we do not have a liquid exchange. At this time, pool owners continue to rob people by charging 10% of the commission. Dayly emission about 17120 coins and 10% recieve pool owners and dump price. Pool devs not interested high Bismuth price and they sell each day and dump price. Please announce the requirement for Bismuth pools must set a maximum commission of 1%. Pools, who set commission  more than 1% will be closed.

I understand your sadness regarding the price of BIS, but:
1st - you cannot shut down a pool.
2nd - pool owners can set any commission they want since they have operating costs, is their decision to keep it profitable. You can run your own pool if you want and put 5% or 1% as fee.
3rd - even if the pools operators will agree to set the fee to 1% the inflation will remain the same, only that the coins won't be sold by the pool owners but by the miners so is the same thing for the price.

If we compare to another cryptocurrencies mining pool 10% fee is tremendous amount, But honestly, I'd reluctantly think it is acceptable since I believe most pool owner are somehow contribute to the Bismuth ecosystem especially @EggdraSyl who has been long in this community, and also help to mainting and develop Bismuth. Just think the fee as a donation.

What a stupid, retarted comment.

Bismuth written from scratch with Python. This is no fork. There is no Yiimp, Yaamp ready to set pool repo's. Those pool owners create both pool and miner softwares....all written from scratch. %10 is fair and well deserved.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!

Since TradeSatoshi is taking way too long to resolve the withdrawal issues even if we have managed to reach them about 3 weeks ago, we have decided to refund missing tx BIS amounts to the affected users.

We would also like to apologize for this inconvenient!

All affected users must join our Discord and PM @Gawlea#6005 for further information on how to get the funds back.

“Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet.”– Aristotle

Earlier this month, we recognized the 2nd anniversary of Bismuth’s launch which occurred on May 1st, 2017. It was a humble project- with herculean ambitions. An independent, open-source, unfunded venture that sought to establish itself in a merciless industry in which the competition numbered in the thousands. Although there were many hallmarks that distinguished the project from the countless others, the team chose to walk the quiet route, allowing time to nurture, improve, and expand the platform during its infancy- a tedious task that was colossally complex in its undertaking. It has only proven the team’s unwavering commitment, which has stood the test of time and a catastrophic bear market.

Over the past two years, the Bismuth platform has witnessed a multitude of radical improvements and changes, ranging from code modernization to the implementation of completely new features and functionality. Something to keep in mind is that the entire project is original- every line of code is crafted by the Bismuth developers. This is something that cannot be said for the vast majority of existing projects in this industry. The technical prowess and creative ingenuity of the minds behind Bismuth helped bring to life the present-day Hypernode network- a Python-based upgrade to the masternode concept- which will soon do much more than monitor the network layers.

The team envisions a utilitarian future for Bismuth. A dynamic platform that enables the implementation of flexible dApp and virtual service solutions operating directly on the network layers. We stand by the principle that value is a derivative of utility, and that the Bismuth native currency will be the means for operating, accessing, and interacting with the platform’s digital infrastructure. This is a bold vision, and today, we will take the first steps to take it from working concept to reality. Over the next couple of weeks to months, we have scheduled multiple announcements, updates to the code, revisions to the developer documentation- and much more. There is a lot in store for Bismuth in the near future, and the team would like to thank the community for their staunch support and patience over the past two years. To the investors of the Bismuth native token, the team is very much aware of the unsavory price action lately. But as the old adage goes, “The night is darkest before the dawn”.

To Bismuth’s 2nd year and many more to come, The Bismuth Foundation.

How could I miss the Bismuth 2nd anniversary? xd Shocked

Anyway, congratulations to all bismuth community especially the developer team and the contributors since you are the most valuable things to the community. We might start it slow, and 'under the radar'. But I'd believe Bismuth has value toward the cryptocurrencies ecosystem in general. It just needs some time to become popular and widely used.

Now a critical situation for Bismuth users. Cryptopia exchange proved to be scammers. They refuse to return to users BIS coins. Cryptopia robbed users and illegally withholds 5214229 Bismuth coins(10% of all emission).
Thieves address of Cryptopia with users coins: 8b447aa5845a2b6900589255b7d811a0a40db06b9133dcf9569cdfa0
I am saddened that the Bismuth team does nothing. Bismuth dies due to lack of liquidity Because in 2018 average trading volumes was up to 100k USD, now maximum volumes 6-8k USD and only in last days. Please, urgently listing Bis to high volumes exchange from top-100. We need listing to Binance.

Binance is very hard to reach, they don't even answer. Like Bittrex/HitBTC and other top exchanges out there.

We have reach the top 30 exchanges out there but with no result due to many reasons: lack of replies, foundation members full verification, not working with custom coins, collateral asked or due to very high fees. But we are aware of the situation and we are working to get bismuth on the Asian markets or on a top 50 exchange out there.

The lesson has learned, many people aren't blindly suggested to not put a coin on an exchange for a reason. They really mean about it, and to anticipate those kinds of situation. Whining won't make a significant change, and Bismuth won't just simply dies because of it. It is indeed a hard time for our community but we must stand strong about it. I'd appreciate BIsmuth team for quick responses to responses about the liquidation of Bismuth on Cryptopia.

Devs you make big mistake with fork. You kill miners when reduce reward from 11.8 to 10.2 BIS. Your ideas don't work. First main goal is a new big exchange. It will give liquidity and increase interest to Bismuth.
