I know virus total does bring up the odd false positive with these wallets...however...

this wallet here (DONT INSTALL THIS ON YOUR MACHINE)

https://mega.nz/#!nh8g3YBR!Pfbvi0XECXdjgaWZSSIxJ6yfyxgxtK24eZPNv2Kz0PY

this wallet an old blocknet wallet...

I said to a  couple of people to look at this project and they think they have contracted something to worry about

From the virus total out put does this look like a bunch of false positives or is there anything there to worry about?

The new version wallet has no flags at all and they should have installed that one really.

Virustotal is absolutely unreliably. It could show false positives (usually when solomining is present in the wallet) and it could also not show anything if a malware is encrypted.

Always run wallets in a virtual machine, or on an unimportant machine with a throwaway OS or in a well configured sandbox with no read/write access to important folders (such as wallets and browser user files).

Not your keys, not your coins!

Yes i couldnt agree more with you.
Just the flags there that do show i wanted to know if they show anything more serious. Even if not that would not make it safe i realise.

Do you not have a link to the virustotal results? I recently ran half a dozen coins through it and most of the results were very similar. Usually the same scanners listing the same false positive results (if you can call saying it was some bitcoin miner derivative a false positive).
