I send 2K twice because of client issues...
In the exchange I have two 1K nxt orders unconfirmed - total 2K. I send once with no luck and then another time again..
Did you fill up the form on the deposit page? Does your account history show these transactions in pending status? If not, please submit the deposits from the deposit / cashout page.

Okay so apparently there is something wrong with my local nxt server. I can send funds to the exchange VIA BCNext's server, but my own does not? Any ideas?

Edit: Must have been a wrong version. I redownloaded and now it's working. I sent 55k to the exchange and it seems to be confirming.

Clear all your NXT data and install the latest version.

Then also please submit the deposit from your DGEX account Deposit / Cashout page.

A few minutes up to a full business day, depending on our manual work availability. Minimum 10 confirmations. I see you have many payments incoming very soon, one was already credited earlier.

Good to hear. Please check your records I think you have sent one more payment that you submit the deposit form to. All deposits need the form submitted to be credited.

Blockchain explorer does not load for us. But in our wallet there are indeed two more transactions from your account: one 2000 NXT transfer and one 1 NXT transfer. This does not match with what you submitted 2x 1000NXT. To confuse things further there is the one 2001 NXT transaction that you submitted properly and it was credited.

Is this an error on your part, or something wrong in our client? If the former, please try to be more careful with submitting the transactions. They are missed, and clarifying and fixing them manually takes up a LOT of time Undecided

Hey sorry mate, look what's happened:

1) I send 1000Nxt - do not see them anywhere (my client, blockexplorer etc.)
2) I send another 1000Nxt - same issue
3) I figure out that the above txs in fact were never executed - but now I have two 1Ks on the exchange
4) I send 2K to get even
5) Still nothing, I send 1Nxt as test  -again nothing!
6) I resend 2001 to match the exchange open deposits (1K + 1K +1)
7) Suddenly I see the last 3 txs..

What a mess!

I hope in time things will get smoother, apologies for the hassle!

Ok, thanks for clarifying, that makes it clear. All the payments should now show up on your account.

Yea the initial difficulties with the client are causing all sorts of unintended trouble, but it's getting more stable all the time.

With a little patience we will all prosper! Smiley

Mmmh how long do bitcoin withdrawals take?

Still not appearing on blockchain, i guess it's manual. Will post once received to clarify that the website is serious ! A graphical update is needed Smiley But let's see how the exchange handles volume once we get traction.

Up to one full business day, yes it is manual.

All withdrawals for today & quite possibly for the bulk of the weekend are done, over and out now.
