Transactions are not yet credited automatically. You need to submit the deposit / cashout from on your DGEX member account area, otherwise your payment will NOT be credited. Thanks.

Important note. Some of Nxt API requests r disabled (particularly ability to send money), coz I'm rewriting networking code. Don't blame DGEX for manual work too much.

GCInc why not hiring someone for helping you in the manual processes? I am sure you can find someone trustful. You are losing income this way and soon you may lose the lead if another exchange like cryptsy jumps in.
You can pay him with the mining fees earned by the big amounts of Nxt you hold into ur wallet. Soon they will be wort a lot!
We need more volume in the market asap! People wanna trade and they can't!

I send 100k Nxt (tx ID : 2411085673009325925) yesterday evening, almost 18 hours ago. I did confirm it and also have the message "YOU HAVE PENDING TRANSACTIONS" in the deposit area... But I still don't have them How long do you think I will still have to wait?

I have to admit though.. a one man exchange has the inherent risk of leading to scams caused by greed. "oh, I have 100 BTC in my exchange.. it would be easier for me to just run away with those than to take a measly 0.9%".. it's happened before.
Note that I'm not accusing GCInc of anything.. just saying. I'd feel more comfortable if there was a team behind the exchange, and that it was automated.

Of course you have a risk whatever you do. And integrity is rare these days. I happen to have it. You may wish to check my forum activity since 2011 to comfort yourself. No amount of BTC is gonna cut it from me. Check out dooglus of Just-Dice and you'll see it actually is possible to manage large BTC without getting corrupted! I'd feel more comfortable if there was a team behind the exchange, and that it was automated.
Sure you would. However teams fall into internal problems, and automation has inherent risks. Speaking of that, BTC deposits are now automated and NXT will be soon. Withdrawals will be batch trigger automated through verification, I just can't continue spending my days handling transactions manually with so much to do.

You're good in my book. Just conveying my general feelings, and why it's important from a competitive perspective to make people feel comfortable about using the service. There's a reason I trust cryptsy with my money.. the founder (Paul Vernon) is not anonymous, they have a real address, the support team is quick and responsive, and even though they've had their fair share of technical problems, and I've stopped using them several times, they've always pulled through in the end and delivered. I'm sure you'll do so as well, and have everything functional to everyone's satisfaction. I'm just putting forth constructive criticism, and I hope you take it as such and nothing more.

I'm glad to hear it. You shouldn't have to handle anything manually, it's not doable in the long run as the NXT economy grows anyway.

Yes the deposit address is now changed for all clients. Please do not use the previous deposit address any more.
