I'm sure you'll do so as well, and have everything functional to everyone's satisfaction. I'm just putting forth constructive criticism, and I hope you take it as such and nothing more.
Yes, that's exactly how I take it, thanks for that and the trusting words also!  Smiley

Your concerns are valid in this wild west world. And I might sound frustrated at times as I feel like knowing most things that are needed however the resources for a person can stretch just so far. I'm satisfied this thing is rolling pretty nicely due to whipping my arse off with minimal sleep along with CfB and Bcnext putting in the effort on their end during the past few days...

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Withdrawals are generally made by 10PM GMT, and slightly more often when automation comes in the next weeks. Today's withdrawal round will be done within the hour or so.

Hey GCInc! I'm still waiting on a 1.42344180 BTC withdrawal to 1BH4X3mdGPDJrDgFALevkcYSP8kPjGL138.  I waited for the 10:00PM time frame, but since that has passed, just wanted to put it on your radar.  Thank you.

Hi GCInc

I deposited .01 BTC to dgex about 16 hours ago. The transaction is confirmed. I made a mistake and recorded it on the site as .03 BTC.  Can you look into this?

Thanks,

That's a creative transaction ID!

Sorry, but we can not credit your deposit without a valid txid or sender account. There is quite a bit of overlapping with missing, erroneous or otherwise wrong amounts entered into our database. Your transaction can not be found without more information.

Thank you.

Please think before posting. Running an exchange is a serious commitment of time and effort. NxT was only launched 1.5 weeks ago. dgex.com (as a NxT exchange) is even younger. I don't understand how you expect Nxt's first exchange to work so smoothly from the first second - every project has teething issues. It would be much more helpful if you appreciate the genuinely quality service that GCInc is providing.

If it weren't for him, how would you have sold your NxT? A person-to-person trade perhaps? But there is a risk of you getting scammed that way. Surely you realize that he is indeed taking this very seriously and putting his reputation on the line by ensuring that no-one has lost their coins, even when the NxT network was suffering from it's own teething issues over the weekend.

Big deal if you don't get your Bitcoin's the second you want them. At least you will get them. Also, you should read the terms and conditions:

Manage your expectations more appropriately in the future please.

Only one person works at dgex. He has a lot on his hands. Don't be impatient.

You need to be more respectful and thankful theirs even a place to trade NXT instead of 1:1 which is a lot riskier.

Thanks,

Can I have a response about this?  It's been two days since I made the deposit.  Do you want more information or do you want me to re-enter the deposit?
